What concept should I play in the next campaign?

Advice

which one?
Synthesist modeled loosely after the grim reaper with a magical girl flavor?
Barbarian inspired loosely by Masane Amaha from witchblade?
Martial Artist with a Temple sword who performs a 2handed flurry?
Aasimaar Life Oracle Loosely inspired by Flonne from Disgaea?
Bard inspired loosely By Ciel Phantomhive from Black Butler?
Tiefling Wizard inspired loosely by Koakuma from Touhou?
Psionicist from a previous Psionicists Psychic academy (another players PC)?
a Rogue (or ninja) who focuses on skills and unarmed combat?
Cleric or Inquisitor of Zon-Kuthon with a compulsive hatred for undead on the basis that they cannot feel suffering?

That's way too risky in this particular case.

I've been itching to try a sap based rogue/ninja

Avoid the Phantomhive one...gods i can't imagine that twirp as a bard...how exactly is he a team player? Whatever. As for the other ideas, I can readily imagine the synthesist summoner with a magical girl theme...it actually makes me laugh. So much random craziness to be had there, although for some reason the summoner always reminded me more strongly of super senyu...especially since they can eventually fuse into their eidolon and make it huge...go, negazord mode! Hah...oh...wow, that sounds really stupid on paper.

I'd go with the summoner. Summoners are fun in general. Or whichever you like best.

I don't think this one makes sense because undead can be backstabbed and feel pain (suffering) from lightbased spells.

I'd take this one: a Rogue (or ninja) who focuses on skills and unarmed combat?
There are some unarmed feats that go well with the rogue theme like movement restriction through scorpion style and bleed damage through belier's bite (it doesn't really need to be a bite).
So that sounds cool and can work out fine.

And I have to confess that I don't know most ppl you refered to with the other ideas.

As for traits:
Sacred touch - your hands can bring death and life
Threatening defender - together with combat expertise always strong
Bellis Honey Harvester - DR/ vs swarms is always good for a mundane build
+1 campaign trait

feats:
improved unarmed strike
belier's bite

Archetype:
Survivalist - fits the unarmed, monk like style
