Hi folks,
In our last session we had a pretty memorable encouter with Lucrecia (the new sneak previewed version from James Jacob). She managed to create complete chaos in party by throwing Kaven under the bus and charming a few of the PCs into sneaking upstairs to free up some of the remaining Black Arrows (i.e. charming/suggestion them to go see Silas Kreeg).
Anyway, it all ended by her dimension dooring out of there after the party regrouped and managed to do her a bit a damage. At this point i'm not sure what to do with her and i'm looking to see how any of you did/would handle her.
Would she alert Pappy Kreeg? Would she come back with a bigger force? Would she wait for them and if so where?
I don't want this to be the old school boring dungeon where one room doesn't interact with the other but at the same time i don't want to simply murder the PCs by having a freaking lamia matriarch assaulting the PCs with a couple of power attacking barbarian ogres...
What are you thoughts on this?
Thanks as always.

Her primary goal should be to see the Skull's Crossing Dam destroyed as quickly as possible; her entire scheme depends upon it. If there are unpredictable PCs at work in the region, she first has to decide whether they're likely to endanger that plan or not. She may either want to wait and see whether the ogres of the Fort can successfully eliminate them or rush off to pursue that goal. If I were her, I might pick a safe vantage point from which to observe the fort to see who wins (perhaps from the relative safety of the eagle's aerie up top).
If it seems that the PCs are gaining the upper hand at the Fort, then it'd be time for her to fall back; likely making a beeline for the dam to hurry up demolition efforts there. She could try to use her beguiling abilities (perhaps with promises of rewards) to try and enlist the aid of the ettin and trolls to supplement the ogres; directing them against the PCs if they show up before the dam collapses.
Then, either because the PCs show up or because she needs additional ogres to speed up the demolition, she could head up to Hook Mountain. If the PCs then show up there and utterly ruin her plans it'd be time for her to slip away once more; this time making a beeline for Jorgenfist to warn Mokmurian about the PCs and their meddlesome involvement.
She has the makings of a decent recurring villain. It's smart and fun to have the PCs encounter her at the dam, at Hook Mountain and later at Jorgenfist; always one step ahead of them as she keeps her eye on the bigger picture. If she endures they could even meet up with her in Xin-Shalast at Ceoptra's side.

I imported Hook Mountain Massacre into my Kingmaker campaign and Lucrecia got away. She has been a terrific ongoing villain creating all sorts of trouble and allying with the various leaders of the later modules in the AP. They almost got her when she organized a murder squad to attack the PCs in their palace after a big battle but she got away yet again and is plotting yet more mischief.

In my current RotRL game, Lucretia eascaped Fort Rannick and has been a recurring villian, wreking havoc upon the PCs plans in any way imaginable. After reclaiming the keep the PCs weathered the Winter there in a session long "Keeping the Keep" side story, where she caused all sorts of trouble, including inviting nobles of several families and cities who rarely got along to visit the fort for a gala, forcing the PCs to get them to play nicely in cramped chambers and generally clean the place up in time for a lavish party, turning the event into a fundraiser to help the ailing Turtleback Ferry. Later she let loose a few magical beasts to cause trouble and kidnapped the child of one of the party's hirelings. Eventually she provided a bit of aid to Barl Breakbones, again escaping. Disguising herself as human she regularly visited and taunted the PCs in Magnimar and Sandpoint, knowing there was little they could do to her in public, and even had a brief fling with the party's fighter before the group's wizard finally convinced him that sleeping with their enemy was not a safe idea and either she had to go or he did. She took part in the raid on Sandpoint briefly, providing Longtooth and Teraktinus a bit of support, before eascaping to Mokmurian. The group defeated Moki last session, but again Lucretia is safe and unharmed. I'll probably have her pop up again during Sins of the Saviors and see if she survives to see Spires; likely not as the PCs are rapidly climbing to levels she can't compete with.
