I really like the whole idea of the Pathfinder Society and have decided to use it as a back drop for the campaign I am starting for my wife and son. I am currently running them through the 3 free intro scenarios from season three. But I would like suggestions on what are some other good low level scenarios from PFS that I could use in their campaign? Specifically ones that cater to levels 6 and under. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

The Frostfur Captives is probably one of the best scenarios ever. I've played it and run it a couple of times, and everyone I've talked to has had a blast.

All 3.5 scenarios are in the process of being updated to the current rules and rereleased. In the meantime, scenarios are to be run with minimal changes by GMs, limited to adding CMB/CMD scores to NPCs and monsters and using newly combined skills such as Stealth and Perception instead of Move Silently and Spot.
If a creature appears in the scenario that also appears in the Pathfinder RPG Bestiary, Pathfinder RPG Bestiary 2, or Pathfinder RPG Bestiary 3 and maintains the same CR between both rules sets, you may use the Pathfinder RPG stats in place of the 3.5 stats. This is the only substitution allowed in these scenarios.
Hope that helps!
In my opinion, it does make fights in these scenarios a bit easier than usual, but that just leaves more time for roleplaying!

It's easy to convert on the fly from 3.5e IMHO. You can do the suggested "add +2 to everything" rule.
But that's not allowed by the rules. You can substitute for the same creature from one of the bestiaries if they have the same CR, or you can just add CMB/CMD to the existing 3.5 creature.
