How can I make this more awesome for later levels?
Human Fighter 2 Ninja 2
1 Point Blank Shot, Throw Anything, Quick Draw
2 Rapid Shot
3 Two-Handed Thrower
So far I have a Ninja with 5 Katanas strapped to his back and sides. On a full attack he can fling 4 of them at the enemy for 4d8 plus strength on each die plus poison while still holding onto his fifth.
I don't know why I thought that katana's did a 1d10 like a bastard sword... but oh well.

I won't question the absurdity here, just the mechanics.
1) How are you throwing 4 of them in a round?
At most with Rapid Shot and Two-Handed Thrower I figure you can throw 2 a round (since your +3 BAB doesn't allow for iterative attacks).
2) I assume your "4d8 plus strength on each die" is in total and assumes you hit with all 4?
Using "Two-Handed Thrower" that should be [1d8 + (1.5xStr)] each.

A ninja can use a ki point as a swift action to gain another attack at my full base attack bonus. So that would be a total of [1d8 + (1.5xStr)]x 4.
And it isn't too absurd. I do believe that if a person trained hard enough they could potentially throw multiple katanas with deadly accuracy.
You mean [1d8 + (1.5xStr)]x 3, don't you? Attack + Ki + Rapid Shot = 3. Rapid Shot only functions on a full-attack action, and you can still only take one per round.
Also, I'd personally save the Throw Anything feat and throw spears, instead. But yeah, it's not as cool looking as tossing katanas.

Ah yes, sorry. Must have been thinking Many Shot. But yes, what you said. Still cool looking I think.

Honestly I'm not seeing the inherent "cool" in the concept of multiple "throwing" katana.
Throwing *a* sword that happens to be your melee weapon or something you grabbed from a fallen enemy and throwing it for effect when you don't have something more appropriate - that can be cool. Carrying multiples of a large melee weapon not designed as a missile weapon just to throw them? That seems like a stylistic face palm to me.
But that's just my opinion... to each their own.

at 50 gold each that will get very expensive!
elven curve blade goes up to 80 gold each!
I think you are right! goblins would do the same thing!
Or toss them into a nearby bog/quicksand/tarpit, or a big hole that leads into the heart of the volcano/dungeon.....
Isn't the flavor of katana far removed from the idea of having many and throwing them?
