Golarion: The Zombie Apocalypse

Recruitment

If called shots are allowed a semi skilled archer/gunslinger would have a hell of a fun time ;D

Oh I'm sure there will plenty of opportunities to pick up spare arrows. Just wander into the local Absalom bazaar and find the weapon shop... if you can see it through the swarm of milling undead. :)

For some reason crafting arrows seems a lot safer. :)

At least if I get surrounded while I am in a forest I can climb a tree.

When are you guys get getting started on this and is there any room left?

AFAIK the OP has not made the final selections yet.

Ok then. Just read her zombies from the other post. OP do you have Carion crown book 3? They have an entry for a apocalypse zombie thats really close to what you have.

Anyway I might be interested as well. Maybe as a halfling synthesis with the well prepared feat.

Edit - thanks for the prompt responce Mr. swagger.

DM has not made an appearance in a few days, this does not bode well.

I'm sure he/she is just so bowled over by the sheer awesomeness of our characters that a period of stun recovery is necessary. ;)

Hopefully they show back up. If not this may prompt me to get off my lazy bum and kickstart my own campaign. lol

I was thinking the same thing but it would not be this week. I have a few other promises to keep such as updating a certain guide I promised would be done 2 weeks ago.

Don't look at me... I'm already running a campaign here. :)

This is why I don't like GM's that want full bio's and char sheets before making a decision, it's a lot of work to get one put together, only to find it not selected.

I rarely find that I can make a 'minor' edit to prepare a character for another game.

That's why I Tend to keep my backgrounds fairly vague until I get the okay. I love writing but it sucks when you waste a ton of time making an awesome background and nothing comes of it...

I used herolab which makes making a character quick and easy. I tend to travel a lot and don't have my books all the time. ;p

I have the outline setup, but I want to give the GM the benefit of the doubt so I will give her until Monday to see if this thing is really dead. I have never done PbP before so we will see how it goes if I have to do one.
It will be very similar to this one, but your have a role other than just surviving. That is all I can say for now. Check back at about 5 pmish on Monday.

As this is my first attempt at PbP as well, I shall follow your lead. That said, if you do wind up starting a similar one due to non-appearance of the OP, please consider my character for it.

I'm. In quite a few pbp as of right now and I keep up with them regularly. Let me know if what I posted earlier will fit your campaign. Haundo is my first attempt at a gunslinger/tiefling. Granted he has different looks, but that was on purpose: ;)

Either way I hope the op shows back up or someone else steps up because I'm looking forward to a zombie apoc style campaign. So consider me all in as well!

Adrian and Irnk I have seen your request. I will let the called shots in. It will give me a chance to view them in actual play so you are actually helping me out if I get to GM. I did not respond because I was waiting for the OP. As for now I am withdrawing as a player, but I will still run the game if it turns out the GM is not returning.

My thread was discovered, but in order to not step on toes I changed some things. Feel free to look

from recruit thread

One last thing: I have never ran a PbP before so feel free to speak up. My main concern is pacing right now.

If you want I could take over,

I have a few PBP's running,
adding another won't be a problem.

I've gotten into another game so I'm going to withdraw from this recruitment. Thanks!
