Kobold Paladin build

Hello World, I ask for your support for the creation of a balanced build for a very flavor pg.
Why not create a Kobold Paladin who goes around with a heavy crossbow?
Since the penalty to the strength of the race I was thinking the paladin archetype of the Divine Hunter to maximize damage and attack.
Just imagine this small "dragon" that speaks of light and good, it seems to me a very interesting and very fun to roleplaying.
Do you have any advice on feats, stats and anything else that can help this little guy to get respect?
Any advice is welcome.

Looks like a great concept.

For feats, I'd take Redeemed Kobold (good bonuses, esp. to channeling), do take Rapid Reload/Crossbow Mastery as early as possible, do not neglect STR too much since you still want medium or light armor.
