I put ice in afterwards. I enjoy the splash.

I failed several Wis Checks today:
I did work in this order:
1. sweep and clean sidewalk
2. wash car, clean inside car
3. gardening in the front lawn - spread earth and dirt on the sidewalk ithe process
4. drive to gardening shop in dirty work clothing and transport bark mulc and plants in the formerly clean car
I am a strategic mastermind :-/
My gallant crew, good morning!

Yeah, not reading that.
I'll just asume you guys have been heatedly debating about whether you put ice before pouring the drink or after.
I read this as "ice cream" as in a root beer float or similar.
F&&~, now I want ice cream.
Bring to me all of my arrows,
Bring to me my crossbow too;
I fear we might need them both
Before the night is through.
Once a world of glittering hope,
This world is not the world we knew.
The only light left to shine
Is between me and you.
On our own,
In a World of Stone,
We are not alone.
I had once believed in angels;
They were everywhere I looked,
A gentle hand guiding me
To give more than I took.
But I have died a thousand times
Watching all these angels fall.
Their lonely eyes haunt me still;
We will avenge them all!
On our own,
In a World of Stone,
We are not alone.
So bring me mead and bring me ale,
To help us face this fight again.
Good fortune will shine down on us,
Together we will win!
And they will never break our spirit!
We will never turn and run!
And we will rise stronger still,
When we stand as one!
On our own,
In a World of Stone,
We are not alone.
On our own,
In a World of Stone,
We are not alone!
So bring to me all of my arrows,
Bring to me my crossbow too;
I fear we might need them both
Before the night is through.
Hi, all. What did I miss?

One more day of work. At least its Friday.
Orthos, you should toss that in my poetry thread.
I didn't make that up, that's the lyrics to a song. "World of Stone" by Blackmore's Night.
Well fine then. Go make something up and then toss it in my poetry thread.
Hm. Closest thing I've ever done to poetry were the rhyme answers to my group's Oracle using divination. I'll have to look those up at home though, they're all in my Skype backlog.
No posts in over 4 hours? What is up with that?

I've sold four books at 'buy me now' prices (which were pretty darned good). If it was one of you, thank you! I'll drop the package at the Post Office tomorrow.
It's only about $80 net (after all the eBay/PayPal fees), but it's something.

Congratulations!
Speaking of eBay, I found out from my friendly comic book retailer that I'm in possession of a recently published book that's going for over $100. I'm tempted to put it out there.

Tomorrow I'll be helping my comic book store out for FCBD. They pretty much put on a convention for the day with artists and writers sketching and signing books. I might drive around doing errands, which suits me fine, because people.
Sigh, so much stat drain.
Time to break out the wand of restoration?

Since my brother have weird schedules and can't find a group, I'm planning on running an AP with both of us running a couple of PCs. Which AP should I look at?

I wonder what it would take to get Mike Mignola to do a complete graphic novel adaptation of Lord of the Rings? If anyone could make Tom Bombadil seem badass, it would be him.

Alright, got a Kingmaker session to run.
And next week, people want me to DM a 3.5e game for them.
I'll probably go with Legacy of Fire, because my own setting isn't ready.

Collected $300.00 this evening in cab fares.
I am proud of myself. Good night and good morning everyone.
Happy Saturday FAWTL
Sunny but cold weather here in the land of the once-plentiful cod. Time to resume my battles with Lord Crabgrass Rhizomatic and his clone army.
in a short while I get picked up for Bachlor party 3 in the "Honky Tonk" Pub
I have spend countless hours there in the 90s
they play rock and metal and have (;or had, not sure) the second biggest scotch whisky sellection in germany

I approve of this pub.

yikes. How many hours is that?
Weird. I've never done a Skype interview before.
And, with that, good afternoon FAWTLY Folk! Things have been chaos and pestilence here in the zombie household today.
The boy appears to be suffering from a stomach bug that's going around. And when I say suffering, I mean it. Poor fella's been laying round like a sack of radishes, complaining his tummy hurts and whimpering. It sucks, but there's not much we can do other than give him medicine to take care of his fever.
Hopefully, the remainder of the weekend won't suck too much ass.
On the plus side, I've been getting some good map work done for my PF FR game. Those on FB may have seen a small sample.
And I was going to bottle my mead today, but too much got in the way. Will have to do it tomorrow - which will be fitting. One year to the day I originally started this batch going.
I also had to delay my grass cutting, but oh well.
Working "Fight Night" (Mayweather vs Guerrero) on the Strip This should be interesting with freaks, aliens, and zombies and what not, if not for the aggravating traffic.
