Work... *ugh*

So tired up late. Thought I saw someone going through one of my in-laws cars when their sensor light went off last night. So went out to have a loom and spent the next half hour checking everything. Then went back inside and the sensor light went off again. So I was up and down all night everytime the sensor light went off... :/

Boo, my ad was buried on the last post of a page.

I wish they hadn't set up FalconCam pointing straight into the setting sun. I see a huge ball of fire and a dark shape which may or may not have feathers!

Slow day at work. A machine that is critical to my job has been acting up so I have been down over half the day so far. Let's see if this trend continues.

Liberty's Edge

Just had to wait nine hours for a two-minute final critique. The only feedback I got was that I should keep two phones, one for business only, because apparently it's still 1985.

Got back from that to find that I'd gotten a $35 parking ticket with no violation checked off on it. The fee I'd need to pay to challenge an invalid violation is $50. Suckered again.

I'm interested Treppa, always willing to add to my collection of mostly unused books! :)

What I don't have, unfortunately, is money,... :(

Hehe. Management asked my buddy if we could shift the camera angle a bit, so the nest is more centered in the view. The falcons do not like humans on a good day. Now that they have eggs to protect...

We're hoping that none of the mechanical systems on our roof need to be repaired. Even going out the door on the opposite side of the nest brings a dive bomb.

Crazy people from the Dept of Natural Resources plan on tagging any baby falcons at about 10 days old. Crazy.

I will check FalconCam again in the morning. We should have a great shot of momma then.

On a scale from meh to meh, today gets a meh.

I'm told momma has an orange beak and daddy has a yellow one. Dang colorblindness. I can't tell.

Momma is also bigger than daddy, if you can spot them together.

Plus, morning is when they seem to like to eat.

Good luck!

Uh what?!

Welcome to the land of freedom...
Where justice needs to be paid off.

I always wonder why Americans pay taxes if not for keeping courts granting access to justice to all. *shrug* Ok, no politics...

I woke up and thought it's six. Only after checking the time I discovered it's half past nine and the sky is grey and everything is dark. It started raining soon after.

Damn. I went out to pay a bill and buy some food and instead I got wet from sudden and intense rain and returned home. Of course the rain reduced to mere trickle once I sat down.

Got a day off tomorrow, and no signs of that darn bag.

Also, currently would want to try out a Chaotic Good Holstaur Cleric of Groetus with bipolar disorder.
The other idea I got is a Paladin of Magdh who's race I have yet to decide, though I am leaning to Elf or Aasimar.
Last idea would be a Lawful Good Fetchling Inquisitor of Tsukiyo, who'd play out as a friendly but kinda creepy Shrine Maiden.

@Icy: Tough choices, all of those sound interesting and potentially awesome.

@Drejk: You are not the only one who wonders those things. And that's all I'll say about that.

As for me, lots to do today, so probably won't Paizo much. Likely see you guys around lunchtime, after breakfast is finished.

More or less, yeah. I made a playable version of them with a different backstory depending on the setting.

In most versions of the story, they're the result of a deity trying to turn a few repentant female Minotaurs back into Humans.

When/if the DM doesn't allow homebrew races (for whatever reason), I just play an Agathion-Blooded Aasimar that looks similar to a Holstaur.

Good morning FAWTLY Folk! Happy, but busy, Thursday! I say "happy" because the wife and I are both taking off tomorrow for my birthday weekend. Maybe we'll go see Iron Man 3.....

I say busy, because, yeah...f@#~ing busy.

Scarab Sages

Found out yesterday that one of my old co-workers from the air group is going to be a dad. Turns out some of his current air group co-workers didn't even know. The kid is due in August - the people who did know have apparently only known for about a month or so.

But that's the way this dude is - very private. Hell, as I recall, no one even knew he was getting married until after the fact.

Scarab Sages

Also, apparently some people think it's too personal to ask a soon-to-be parent if they are going to do formula feeding or boob juice.

I look at it as being able to give valuable insight.

Being screwed by government here: those idiots in parliment made a new law that causes the local administration to set fixed rates on trash removal. So the thieves from the local administration increased price of removal of trash from 9 zloty to 29 zloty (1 person apartment) per month... Yeah.

What can I say to that? I just write about stuff that I happen like, while also trying to come up with stuff that'll make me memorable in a good way.

Now if only there was more time in the world. Studying for University is taking the time I could use for writing up those works I might publish some day...

Well, the arrival of spring forced Gary to cancel his plans for the Last Hurrah Snow Spectacular Dance Review and Buffet. Meanwhile, Max learned a hard lesson about falling asleep at work when he woke to find himself and his entire desk riding on the freight elevator. And, across town, Scott's plans to.....No, wait! That's my soap opera.

Its May 2nd, there shouldn't be snow, much less having it actually stick to the ground.

My large crock-pot is at this moment sitting on my kitchen counter, quietly percolating a 5-lb pork roast into delectable BBQ pulled pork goodness for tonight.

:)

The only thing that might POSSIBLY make it better would be bacon! :D

I, think I actually have a few slices left in the fridge,... ;)

I was amazed at how easy it is to make pulled pork at home, and how well it compares to the restaurant. If only we had a smoker! But that's a purchase for another day, another home, another state, another life.
