I am a bit confused by the discounts for the various subscriptions. What exactly are the various discounts and when do they apply?

Pathfinder Chronicles, Pathfinder Modules, and Pathfinder Companion subscriptions aren't discounted, but subscribers do get a free PDF when the corresponding print edition ships.
Planet Stories is 20% off cover price, but PDFs aren't available (because we don't own the electronic publishing rights for these titles).
Pathfinder Adventure Path subscriptions are 30% off cover price, and include the free PDF. Adventure Path subscribers also get the Pathfinder Advantage: 15% off of suggested retail price of all products on paizo.com (with the exception of non-Paizo PDFs). This 15% discount also applies to the subscriptions that aren't normally discounted. (See the subscription page for details.)
If you have multiple subscriptions, you can choose to combine their shipments to save on shipping.
