Just something I'm trying out: Singles.pdf. Any thoughts?

Initiative tracking, now that's good idea.
These pages would probably be generated at the same time as the character sheets, which sadly restricts it to a grand total of... 1 per page. It can however include the character's portrait automatically one one side of the card, if you've selected one, as well as printing in your chosen colour (perhaps if I made the cutout lines grey and the actual content coloured?)
Perhaps it could put multiple sizes and types of card on that one page? A bigger one with some stats to use as a quick reference, a smaller one with a base to use as a mini, and a little square token for the GM when sorting initiative?
Our group rarely uses minis, so it hadn't occurred to me. I wonder if giving people minis to print using their art is still in line with Paizo's Community Use Policy? I've been quite careful of the legalities of this project so far.

Initiative Tracking and using them with the discription/picture facing your players that way you can see the stats but they can't.
Line them in front of you based on initiative going from left to right.
Oh, that makes sense!
Also you have CMD on the card twice.
The second one is flat-footed CMD (which counts on surprise rounds). Is that not clear? I'll see if I can adjust the layout.

Ok, here's a version with three cut-outs of varying sizes: Singles.pdf. I'm not sure about the base on the larger card, I may get rid of it entirely or I may expand it to be vaguely stable.
I've put a picture and some stats on it to show how it might work. This is just an example - my program could add the picture easily enough, as well as colour all the lines, but the stats would be left to fill in by hand.
Still open to more thoughts.

That is brilliant!
Though the Mini is a bit odd... Maybe have to where it is like the stat card? As it stands it is hard to get it to glue right. Only suggesting it. My group would be fine with just the tokens as most members of my group are OCD when it comes to stuff like that. (We have a woman who uses a typewriter to fill out her character sheets just so she doesn't have inconsistent writing...)

Tweaked version uploaded: Singles.pdf. I'm now going to leave this topic be for a while and get back to the archetypes everyone keeps asking me for.
(Stock answer: yes, I know.)

The PDF only reached me 8 days ago, and already people have started asking me "Are the Advanced Class Guide sheets done yet?"
Well, yes. After a busy week of frantically cobbling them together, here they are in all their incomplete beta glory.
Arcanist
Bloodrager
Brawler
Hunter
Investigator
Shaman
Skald
Slayer
Swashbuckler
Warpriest
I'd appreciate any feedback, whether it's factual ("Bonus spells for be charisma here, not wisdom") or opinionated ("Wouldn't it be more helpful if you said what that actually does?"). If all goes well, I'll be putting them live in a few weeks.

Here's my factual and opinionated feedback - these are awesome, you are awesome and I am in your debt.

Has anybody actually played with any of the 10 new classes? If so, your feedback would be especially useful.
I'll be changing a bard to a skald and an oracle to a shaman in one of my games. I'll be sure to give feedback then. one thing: You have the deliver touch ability for the Spirit Animal, but the Spirit Animal gets other powers, namely all the powers of a familiar. Maybe they could be added as well?

Space was very tight on the Shaman sheet - like the Witch, having both hexes and spells takes up a lot of space - so I had to design carefully. I figured that abilities that belong to the spirit animal itself can simply be put onto the "animal companion" sheet. Deliver touch spells is different because it's an ability for the Shaman to cast spells through the spirit animal.
Is it perfect? Not entirely. This isn't the first time I've been tempted to split a class onto two pages, but that's not to be done lightly. Some people are already intimidated by getting a super massive wodge of character sheet.

I haven't looked at them in detail yet, but optional rules like that teems to be really hard to incorporate because they replace existing features. For example, there are already half a dozen versions of the first page with all the skills on. Adding a couple of options quickly multiplies that into much higher numbers.
I'm not saying never to all of them, but there are a lot of archetypes still to do first, third party classes to add... enough to keep me busy.

Swashbuckler is a lot of fun. Most of the resource management goes into the deeds, though a place to track my maximum panache as compared to my current panache would be much appreciated.
The big space-eater should be deeds, though I'm not convinced that those should be prewritten on the page. Every single swashbuckler trades his or her deeds around, after all, so taking any archetype would invalidate the sheet for the player. For example, I'm playing the flying blade right now.

The max panache is the same as the panache per day, right? I've added a note that says "Current panache cannot exceed daily allowance". If they ever add a feat for extra panache (who am I kidding? When they add a feat for extra panache), I'll revisit whether they both rise together.

Deeds are such a big part of what the Swashbuckler does that having a quick reference for them should be a big part of the sheet. I appreciate that archetypes will change that list. Eventually I hope to get every archetype, but until you'll have to make do with crossing them out and adding a couple of lines at the bottom of the sheet for your own (or editing the sheet if you have the nous).
