Weird, random question: who here would be interested in a ring bearing the Runelords' symbol? Think that would be cool? Fun for cosplay?
I would pick one up depending on cost.
A Sihedron medallion would be just as cool, but would also double as a prop for RotRL games.

What about something like a Wayfinder prop, bearing the rune of the open road? Complete with a compartment to put an "ioun stone"?
I think almost every avid PFS player would grab that item at a convention ... but I'm not sure what kind numbers you need to make the item a viable 'in store' item.
And the price point of such item would obviously help in answering your question.

WE just finished ROTRL (starting COT now).
We had custom shirts made for our ROTRL group, so I think it's a fair bet that we'd love some rings to remember the good times.

Is this in response to what I wrote over here? Or am I on a secret wavelength?
Nah, it's mostly me musing after seeing this

Would the "ioun stone" slot be the exact same size as a piece of PEZ? Because that would be a b@!$#in' PEZ dispenser...

LOL... I thought the process of embedding a ioun stone required "fasting"...not eating the ioun stone!

Wait till I show up at Piazocon. I have a replica of a Reniasance watch. It only has one arm for telling hours and minutes. It has a comartment behind the face that that was suposed to be where the sing loaded mechanics were supposed to be, but it has a battery powered clock instead.
Here is where I got it from. From arms lenth distance, looks like a Wayfinder.
Very nice stuff here. I got most of these things when i helped manage a Ren. Fair.

I LOVE this idea as sci-fi/fantasy prop collecting is my other hobby.
I think a ROTRL ring would be a big hit. Big and almost gaudy looking like a Dracula signet ring or the ones the Salvatore brothers wear on the Vampire Diaries for that archaic medieval look. :)
As far as RPG props go, I got such a kick out of the Harrow Deck in Curse that I bought an antique playing card box. It has a gypsy look to it that I thought would add to the atmosphere of the readings when we start the AP.
Roleplaying and props work great together. Excellent idea Sean.

I know a lot of people (gamers) who would buy said and similar product(s).
BUT you would have to make them accessible - i.e., very reasonably priced. ([bad] Ex. There are some RotRL dice - not made by Paizo - that are priced at average $15 US. $15 for seven plastic dice?!!! I don't think so.)
[rant]
If people would stop playing the "what the market can bear" bs games and put items out at a reasonable cost (w/reasonable profit) they would sale more.
[/rant]
I was just at a "game day" at a large game store. I asked 30+ peeps at the game store if they would buy those dice for $15, all said "no". But when I asked if they would for $9, 90% said yes. (I still don't think they are worth $9 but that's my value of them.)
(I understand this is the price put upon them by the retailer, but you are all a creator, distributor and a retailer in one, so the concept holds. - No intent at implication implied nor intended. Just concepts and ideas.) :-D

I'd take a sihedron medallion, maybe a ring too. Definitely a wayfinder. Running a RotRL campaign right now (with the previous poster, I think, right?) and the first two would make good props. Playing a Pathfinder in another game and would love to have a wayfinder...especially if it dispensed PEZ. :)
