So Many Evolutions...Or What's your Ideal Eidolon?

Round 2: Summoner and Witch

after browsing the extensive list of evolutions for the summoners' Eidolon, I couldn't help but wonder what in the hell would mine end up being, but after rereading everything and seeing that points don't stack, it would take much thought beforehand, thus nixing any hopes of having a general idea and adding stuff level by level until I get to where I need to get to...but we can rehash the evolutions at level-up which'll help

so lvl 20 eidolon- 26 evolution points total, none removed for summoners sake via Aspect or Great Aspect

I would say a Biped with natural attacks out the wazoo. I love offense though. I wonder how high the AC can go with a serpentine Eidolon?

an optimized one would consist almost entirely of the natural armor improvements, save 4 points or so for armor proficiency so anywhere between middle 50's-early 60's

doesn't feel like doing the math

Name: Wiggles the Astral Starfish

Base Form: Quadruped (but not really)
Size: Large
Speed: Fly 60 ft. (perfect)
AC: 42 (+20 natural, +4 dex, -1 size, +9 +5 chain shirt starfish barding); CMD = 43

Skills: Disguise (c) +22, Fly (c) +29, Linguistics (c) +10 (also speaks Auran, Aquan, Terran, Ignan, Infernal, Abyssal, Celestial, Draconic, Undercommon, and Common), Sleight of Hand (c) +23

Grab - 2pts
Natural Armor +2 - 1pt
Light Armor Proficiency - 1pt

Wiggles is wearing +5 chain shirt barding, an Amulet of Mighty Fists +2, and a +5 Cloak of Resistance. Somehow.

In combat he swoops around bashing creatures with flyby attack, ideally catching one with a grab to double maul them (via Greater Grapple) high in the air. He wishes he could regenerate like a real starfish, but contents himself with fast healing.

In his off time, he enjoys long walks on the beach, masquerading as a horse, and picking other horses' pockets.

I think I couldn't ever play a Summoner because electing one form above all others would drive me crazy. :D
I mean, you can have a Nine-Tails Fox, a Zodd (for whoever reads Berserk), an insect-like horror, an Edward Scissorhands, an Apophis, a Final Fantasy style summon (like Bahamut or Ifrit), a Sleipnir and so much more...
A party of Summoners would be astounding.

Liberty's Edge

I see a feat for summoners in the near future:

Alternate Eidolon
Prerequisites:
Summoner level 3+
Benefit: You may choose an additional, alternate form for your eidolon. When you summon your eidolon, you may choose which of the alternate forms is summoned. Once per day, as a full-round action, you may switch between the two.
Special: You may take this feat multiple times. For each additional eidolon form you know, you may switch out once per day. (For example, if you have this feat twice, you know a total of three eidolon forms. You could summon one of them at the start of the day, later switch to the second, and even later switch to the third or back to the first.)

That's just a thought, though. And about two minutes' work. XD

+100, and I add that it could be made as an Eidolon feat (and a whole set of Eidolon-only feats could be created) or as an Evolution that works similarly to Change Shape/Alternative Form, so the number of forms would depend on the points spent, which may look somehow ugly, but more balanced, I think.
