so...
Can Grakl be functionally illiterate as a flaw?
I'm not a fan of flaws - in my view it's too easy to find a flaw which isnt going to impact very heavily and exchange it for a feat which will feature all the time. He can be functionally illiterate, of course - but I'm afraid it's not going to make him any better elsewhere.

It's a miracle!! I can read!!!
(yeah, the UA flaw system sucks, that's why I got the point based flaw system from RPGNow...that one works nicely...with a few tweaks...) I figured a rogue that had trouble reading would be a bit of a flaw...making one of my class skills half-useless...but I respect your ruling! =D

Apologies the opening thread is taking a little longer than I thought -it will be up within 24 hours...Today my wife made one of those "I don't mind if you go and post on the internet..." remarks with the secret meaning of "You better not go and post on the internet..."
As mentioned previously, you will have just broken out of prison and made your impromptu escape into undermountain. You have no equipment and all of you have lost one quarter of your hit points. Going back is not an option - skullport is closest thing to a refuge, though none of you know exactly how to get there other than it's down a few levels...
It's a bit of an experiment, so let me know how you think it goes.

Yeah, I won't be here all day, I'm going to a game con. :D
After that, though, I'll get to work on my fluff.

Man, you're an awesome writer. Thank you !
Cheers. :)
As you can see from this map (which I'll update as we go along)...I'm a pretty lousy drawer. Obviously your characters arent actually making a map (at this stage anyhow) but I think navigation is going to get out of control without something like this.

No doubt you've all noticed, but I am struggling to post every day. End-of-Financial-Year is a hectic time and I can't see things improving in the next few weeks - sorry about that.
If you're all fine with continuing at a slightly slower pace - I'm still keen. However, I'll understand if it's not moving fast enough for you though - just let me know if you'd rather pull out.

Ok, since we have three remaining that should be at least enough. I'll give Milaniel and Yhum Yhum another week to stumble across these threads, so I'd expect to start next weekend.
In terms of conversion to pathfinder final I'm just going to ignore the issue of CRs ECLs and so on and so forth. We'll just continue with the same assumptions as 3.5. Any class levels you have might need to be tweaked based on changes from the beta to final.
Let me know if you have any queries.
