Bad touch cleric?

Advice

Not sure if this is a good base for a build... advice? PFS.

Want Wis>Dex>everything else and Weapon Finesse for touch attacks.

Quickly discovered that low Str makes it impossible to wear any armor, carry a shield and a crossbow without getting to Medium encumbrance. Also wanted to channel, so 3rd level feat Selective Channeling and pick up a Philactery at some point, if I go that route. Also with the low Str, I'd eventually get Mithral Agile Breastplate.

Garuda-blooded Aasimar (+2Wis, +2Dex, See Invisible 1/day) Cleric (Philosophy: Banishment Inquisition and Charm, with tongue as favored weapon just because.)

stat sets I'm considering

Str 10 12 12 8 at Med enc with 10 or 8
Dex 17 18 17 17
Con 12 12 14 12
Int 7 7 7 7
Wis 18 18 18 20
Cha 14 10 10 10

after 1st scenario, GM credit, 2pp for wand of (clw or ilw?), Mwk Agile Breastplate (max Dex +3), Heavy wooden shield, light crossbow, mwk backpack

AC 21
hp 10 (+1 favored class)
touch attack +3 or +4

Skills 1, Sense Motive? Would at least give me one good skill.

1st level Domain Abilities
Charm: 7/day touch attack to daze no save 1 round creatures with hit dice equal to or less than me
BI: 7/day whenever you make a touch attack, DC 14 (15 with 20 Wis) will save or shaken for 1d4 rounds unless evil outsider, then frightened 1d4 (DC goes up with Wis and 1/2 per Cleric level, so level 4 with Headband +2 DC 17/18)

8th level Domain abilities swift Charm for short duration, and Dismissal with +2DC as a touch attack

Traits: Helpful (I plan to aid another a lot with weapon finesse gauntlet threatens), Beacon of Faith (+2 to my cleric level once per day as free action for domain abilities, so I can daze a guy with up to my HD+2)

Spells: Inflict light wounds x2, though a Cause Fear might work, too, once I've shaken somebody. And Charm Person (D) need Cha for opposed checks...

As you can see, my inspiration is the way the two 1st level Domain abilities work together... is this a sustainable strategy?

Also thinking Theologian with just Charm for Dazing Touch creature my HD+2 all day long and once my HD+4 with Beacon of Faith, so that I could use my shtick against bosses. Not sure if that's worth giving up the Shaken, though. Mostly against bosses I'll be flanking/aiding another, Inflicting.

Also, thinking about a Sorcerer dip. Crossblooded/wildblooded Empyreal Serpentine, so my charms/mind-affecting/language dependent compulsions effect animals, magical beasts, and monstrous humanoids as though they were humanoids, and Reduce Person 5/day for +1 AC and +2 to hit with touch, plus 3/day Heavenly ray, Disrupt undead, ray of cold, and mage hand. Actually, if I keep the 14 Cha build, I wouldn't need to Crossblood with Empyreal, giving me 2 spells known at 1st, but only 4 spells per day. Unless there's another bloodline to crossblood with?

I would pick somethign other than banishment inquisition. Giving people a chance to save is for wizards.

With your desire to play as minor support I'd go Luck(Fate) myself. Very much in the bad touch flavor while being able to use your luck power. This also expands your spell list into very very good territory. Besides if you want to do support this will work out much more in your favor.

More than that I'm sure PFS requires you to worship a god and this happily puts you in Shelyn territory.

So as far as I can see for feat purposes you're getting

1st. Weapon Finnesse
3rd Selective Channel

Combat casting is definitely a future consideration particularly if you cna manage to get Spell Storing gauntlets. Being able to deliver two nasty debuffs to a target already primed to fail those rolls thanks to your luck domain can end some encounters.

The thread title just makes me think that Sexual Harassment Panda will be along at any moment.

Um, you might want to change what you call this mixture. I totally thought you meant another kind of bad touching. Half Nelson, Full Nelson, Father Nelson. You got me at tongue as a favored weapon.

Dang it Sadurian you beat me by a minute

Okay, so if I need a deity, and I go with Sarenrae to get Banishment and Excommunication, what happens to my Domain spell?

"Bad touch cleric" is what the build strategy is called in a few guides...

Okay, so I'm not going entirely optimal here, and can start a level above the rest of the characters at the table to make up for this, but I'm pretty committed to

Sorcerer 1 Crossblooded Serpentine/Fey (touch of laughter, +2DC to compulsions, Reduce Person x4)
Cleric x Arshea Charm Excommunication (touch of silence, dazing touch)

and 10/18/12/7/18/12

of course Cleric level taken first for max hp

I know you want to channel, but how badly do you need to channel a lot? Dropping your charisma and the selective channeling feats opens up a lot of room to make you a much creepier groper.

Happy Tickles!

Have you considered the Madness domain?

The touch of madness is pretty bleh initially, but the modifier grows fast (per 2 cleric levels), by level 12 it would be a -6 to saves and AC if you "gifted" the foe with +6 on skill checks. If there's a favored class option to boost effective cleric level for a 1st level domain power, it could get even better.

You effectively have no domain spells. But, iirc you can only select one inquisition to replace your domains anyway.

Alright, if Touch of Silence gets a Will save DC 12+Wis as the spell Silence, then Excommunication is not worth it.

So I'm going Theologian in Charm to get Dazing Touch at cleric level +2, +4 once per day. Also can memorize Domain spells in regular slots, and some high level Charm domain spells are awesome, especially with +2DC if compulsion from Fey, and affecting animals, monstrous humanoids, or magical beasts as humanoids who speak your language from Serpentine. Lose favored weapon whip from Calistria... oh well.

12 Cha is for the 4th use per day of laughing touch, and an extra sorcerer spell. I've gone with Ant Haul for 3 2-hour uses per day to negate my lack of strength. And a +1 to any opposed Cha checks I may make against my charmed enemies.

Wands of Reduce Person and True Strike to take advantage of sorcerer's spell list, and CLW.

Going 7/18/13/7/19/12 on stats, +Wis at 4 and +Con at 8

Wand of Frigid Touch to also take advantage of Sorcerer spell list, melee touch attack to do 4d6 cold and stagger 1r (1 min on crit!), NO SAVE. Yeah, 90gp per charge, but still, I can see using that a LOT as my wrist-sheath wand from 4th level on (1st getting the Headband of Wisdom +2 at 3rd, as far as gp priorities go.)

Also, Seeker Sorcerer (why not, don't need eschew materials), Scion of Humanity to spam Reduce Person on myself for the +2 to attack and +2 AC

Also, currently still thinking Ant Haul for my lone Sorcerer spell, since I plan on wearing mithral agile breastplate (to +2 or better) as my 5th level+ armor (dropping the wand of mage armor at that point) and so may eventually have encumbrance issues with my 7 Str. Get naked, cast Ant Haul, put the armor on and wield the shield again, and be good for 2 hours, 3 times per day. Any other spell I should consider?

So, I don't want to channel negative energy, so I can't spontaneously cast inflicts, and I don't really feel like memorizing say, inflict 4d8+7 with a DC 21 will save for half over a DC 25 Bouncing Suggestion. But there aren't really many good Cleric touch attack spells.

Bestow Curse, maybe, but again my DC isn't going to be great, DC 20 at 8th level with 24 Wisdom. But that could be a 4th level bouncing spell if I have 2 targets in touch range. And as an Enchanter I do need some options for affecting creatures immune to mind-affecting effects. Black Spot followed by Slay Living maybe. Siphon Magic probably as a level 5 buff/debuff. Harm and Euphoric Tranquility round out the list.

So basically the whole touch part of this comes down to two effects, Laughing Touch (su) to limit any target non immune to mind-affecting effects to just a move action on their next turn. No save, no SR, I just have to touch them. This seems like a super-powerful ability to me. Denying the boss a round of effective action in the 1st round of combat is a huge tactical advantage.

And then Dazing touch, which I've buffed with Theologian and Beacon of Faith, and debuffed with a level of Sorcerer, so that it will affect any target with HD up to my own plus one, and plus three once per day. Hopefully at 8th level I don't meet too many bosses with 12+ HD. SR is allowed, and I gain this ability at 1st level, so my caster level check vs SR is just 1d20+1? Is that right? So weak vs SR, in which case go with Laughing Touch. But to be fully dazed for the 1st round of combat? Even better, and can use round after round, unlike Laughing Touch, which is a once a day per target thing.

And then the other half of touch is just being a front-liner. 32 AC at 8th level is pretty good, though my hp are not, just 63. But I can stand there and provide a flank, and if I don't feel like Dazing (or can't) I only fail to aid another (defensively) on a 1, so my flanking buddy will be +4 on his attacks, and I'll have 34 AC.
