To answer Pat's question, the issue of new powers not taking effect until you've had an extended rest if a hangover from our home games. It makes a certain amount of sense to me that powers need a while to sink in, but I appreciate that in a pbp particularly, it can be a time-sucking irritant.
Keep as is for now - as you are to my knowledge currently heading back to the Bone Rider's camp - and I'll think on it a little more.

Congrats Fabes!!
I'm back and mostly recovered from the GenCon madness.
Did not take pictures, as pretty much all that I saw was the inside of my DM screen ;) I am pretty sure that there is incriminating evidence on these messageboards and Facebook, however. I also received my first Paizo board DM kudos :)
I did finally manage to say "no" to Mr Frost when he asked me to run a 9th slot/6th adventure. Partly due to travel considerations, partly due to the fact that I would be running it "cold".

Rev Rosey |

The fine art of saying "no" is one I've still got to get to grips with. Very glad you had a good time and congrats yourself :)
Note, one and all, that at the end of this encounter, you will be leveling and it's a biggie. You will all need to choose a paragon path and associated powers to go with it. Get thinking if you haven't already done so.
For purely theatrical reasons, I'd like to know in advance what you're picking.

Vel |

Yes, indeed. It was properly climactic, too!
Poor Kia had to spend much of the fight keeping Vel alive, but it's very much appreciated :-).
Since I last looked at paragon paths, they added one in July Dragon -- "Master of Flame."
Sorry, Adalram, there's really no contest.

Thrugnipp |

Poor Kia had to spend much of the fight keeping Vel alive, but it's very much appreciated :-).
You're welcome. It's what Kia does. I think she'd be an office manager in the modern world. They do more-or-less the same things (without the killing bits). I can just see her muttering disapprovingly to herself as she sorts out everyone's problems and tells them what to do.
I've got two paragon characters now!

Kia Rubarka |

Kia looks disapprovingly at Adalram's combustion, but says nothing.
Now a White Raven, so she gets better when allies are nearby. Also took a paragon feat that gives her an extra inspiring word per encounter as they seem to be very popular.
Also swapped Monastic Disciple (which I never used) for Martial Readiness Which enables Kia to swap Commander's Strike in or out with another at-will after each extended rest.

Pat o' the Ninth Power |

With Master of Flame, Vel now immolates when spending an AP, deals ongoing damage with a crit on fire powers, and does very unpleasant things to targets already taking ongoing fire.
Burn Everything lets her ignore large chunks of fire resistance, and Adalram both provides fire resistance to Vel and is a handy light-source :D.

Tutavak |

AP:
When you spend an action point to take an extra action, choose acid, cold, fire, lightning, or thunder. You gain resist 5 to the chosen damage type until the end of the encounter
When you spend an action point, you can use your soulfire power as a free action, targeting yourself and two allies in range.
Soulfire: Until the end of the target’s next turn, the target gains a +2 power bonus to speed, a +2 power bonus to Reflex, and deals extra fire damage equal to your Wisdom modifier (3) each time he or she hits with an attack.
Note that Soulfire also triggers automatically as a free action when I or an ally within 10 scores a crit.

Kia Rubarka |

Tactical Presence: When Any ally spends an action point to make an attack, and Kia can see them, they gain a bonus to their attack roll(s) equal to half Kia's intelligence bonus (currently +2).
White Raven Tactics:When Kia spends an action point to make an attack, she gains a bonus to the attack roll equal to 2 plus an additional 1 for each ally within two squares of her.
Also (this isn't to do with action points, but would be nice to know).
LoyalSupport: Whenever Kia heals anybody with one of her powers, she will heal them for an additional 2HP for every ally that is within two squares of her.

Whiteclaw |

Whiteclaw's passives:
Frigid Embrace: Cold resistance equal to 5+half level, currently 10
Cold Snap Action: When you spend an action point to make an attack, each enemy that is adjacent to you, or marked by you, takes cold damage equal to one half your level. In addition, you gain a +1 bonus to attack power rolls with cold powers until the end of your next turn.
As for the loot mentioned in the game thread, what is it exactly?

Pat o' the Ninth Power |

Tutavak, by the way, is that rare non-half-elven triple-class. It's really quite difficult to make somebody good at both military ranged and military melee!
He's a hybrid fighter/ranger, dabbling in multiclass shaman.
That leaves us without a controller, but I just couldn't come up with a Kargzant controller I was satisfied with.

Pat o' the Ninth Power |

Oh, I tried most of them (save Wizard)! You're right, Seeker came closest. But it just didn't gel into a character concept for me.
Other than that, I thought Rev might rebel if I added more healing capacity. Whiteclaw is an amazingly sticky defender, but I wanted to take advantage of mounted charges (hence needing melee, and thus Fighter) and thought it didn't hurt to support Arianwyn as damage-dealer (hence Ranger).
The Shaman part is purely for rp, as well as a nifty paragon path.

Rev Rosey |

The loot is gold nuggets. 5,500gp worth of them each.
If you want to buy anything in Kargzant, you probably can at this point, but tell me what you're after so I can see if it might readily be available or not.
I think you'll be OK without a controller, particularly as Arianwyn veers that way with his build and Vel veered towards striker.

Whiteclaw |

I've never thought of her as very sticky, but I'm glad that others see her that way. She is pretty resilent, and can burst heal herself in an emergency.
As for loot - Whiteclaw needs a shield. *blush* I keep forgetting Warden's can use them and when I was kicking my backup character to 11 (another Warden, just in case. I like the class and it's nice having a defender), I noticed that and was like *doh*. Just a normal heavy shield, which I assume is readily available.
She could use an armor upgrade, too, I think. She's still in +1 armor.
