About Kia Rubarka

Born and raised among people who value Good and Doing Right above all else, Kia grew up confident that she knew how the world worked until she was able to start her life on her own. Her first foray away from her home was educational and instilled in her the desire to understand all races and other people, this has manifested itself in an almost fanatical desire to learn about history and the arcane wherever she ends up.

Her return home was not the delight she was anticipating as her homelands had been attacked by some land-hungry human clan and her people were in hiding, waiting for help to arrive. Help did finally arrive and drive the humans back to whence they came and in the battles that liberated her people she discovered a natural ability for leadership. This she fostered and became a warlord, sworn to help protect... whoever it was she felt deserved protection when the moment came.

Feeling that her home is safe again, she is now on an extended tour of the world avidly seeking anything that will add to her store of historical arcana. She ran into Loopy D. as he was soliciting help with the runes thing and told him that she would be going along too.

___Strategy___

Spoiler:

Pick the first one that applies in the list. This only applies to at-will powers. Others will have to be used as seems appropriate.

1. If she is not in the thick of the fighting and one of the others can get in a good hit on one of the tougher monsters in the fray, she will use Commander's Strike to give an ally a hit with +3 damage.
2. If she can reasonably use Wolf Pack Tactics to gain or grant an ally combat advantage (or get him/her out of trouble), she will do so.
3. If she is in melee and has good reason to think she might be able to finish off a creature she is next to, she will give it a good bash.
4. If she is in melee but some other character can get a good hit on a more important target, she will take a shift action to move away from current creature and use Commander's Strike to enable the ally to have an extra bash.
5. If no good melee attacks are available, she will use basic ranged combat, taking a shift/move action if necessary.
