The two weapon fighter having been hit previously by Tenna's first arrow and Bogorin's hammer continues to battle the dwarven foe in front of him
Longsword 1d20+2: 17+2 for 19 which is a hit doing 1d8+1 damage: 6+1 for 7pts of damage, Shortsword 14+2 for 16 which is a miss
The sword and shield fighter turns to Willy
Rolled a 1 so is currently trying to hold onto his sword!
The crossbowman behind them reloads and fires another bolt trying to hit Tenna
Crossbow: 1d20+5: Rolls a 2+5 for 7 so that misses just as dramatically as before he seems to be better at hitting the ceiling than anyone in front of him!
Bogorin's overrun doesn't effect the guard.
I'd say getting hit is bad enough so leave it at that
I'll post the goblin jailor's action shortly so onto Willy

"Git Sum!" Willy yells as a foe appears in front of him, bringing his axe down.
Attack: 1d20+7=12
Willy's opponent barely manages to tget his shield in the way as the lumberjack's great axe almost sweeps him off his feet and back into the cages behind him.
Will post an updated map later this evening
Tenna Milcress |
"Damn!" Tenna cursed her poor aim, and cursed again when she realized that her stock of arrows was getting lower even faster because of it. She took a more careful aim at the guard she had targetted before, trying not to flinch when she saw the crossbow bolt meant for her let loose.
Ranged Attack on G2(if Willy just took him down, the crossbowman instead): 22
Damage: 8
I had to re-roll because I put the numbers in wrong. I knew a 25 to hit was too good to be true...

Tenna's arrow flies straight past the combatants and nails Willy's opponent as he pushes away from the cage the lumberjack sent him reeling his surprised grunt as he gazes down at the arrow in his abdomen barely slows him as he pulls himself together and returns his focus to the battle in front of him.

Perception 14
Only read this if you're not involved in the fight in the prison cells:
"Healing potions?" he begins to say as he almost coughs a foul stench filling this side of the room.
Looking around he sees nothing then as something minute starts falling from above he reaches a hand out and realises its just dust and then begins to look up...

Peeking around you see a dreadful sight as the dwarven scholar you had left behind stares sightlessly pass you his eyes bulging even as the red mark around his throat and the odd tilt of his neck makes you realise that he has only just died moments before...
Something laughs from above you as a whirlwind of air courses through the laboratory before ceasing once more and the only thing you can hear is the fighting going on behind you...

Did you want that Perception from us as well to hear or can we just assume we heard Herve's shout?
After the next round you can react to Herve's shout

I think it's Bogo's turn now?
Growling in rage and frustration the old dwarf tries to bash (1d20+4=7, 1d8+2=8) through the guard blocking him from his dear Dale as he yells out somewhat desperately "Boggo's a' commin' girl! Be ye all right!"

ooc:No, that was after he escaped from the cell, picked up the glowing scimitar and struck the Goblin with it. The aoo should have been automatic since he already had the weapon drawn. If you want me to roll to hit again then I will, but what for damage?

IC: As the Goblin drew a dagger to defend itself, Leambo struck at it again with the glowing Scimitar.
1d20 [It rolled an 18] = (18)Attack Roll(Critical hit range)
1d20 [It rolled a 12] = (12)(Standard Hit)

Sorry for the delay everyone.
Tenna took aim on the crossbow-weilding guard again, letting loose her arrow before yelling, "Hey, Herve was shoutin' somethin'!" She was leaning back on her feet ever so slightly, ready to turn and run the way they came to assist the aristocrat.

I think that means you're up Willy =)
The two weapon guard tries to slash desperately at Bogorin as he in vain tries to push the dwarf back, both his blows miss the dwarf who seems to have figured out his opponents fighting style.
Both rolls only one even totalled 10!The sword and shield fighter clearly badly injured tries to fight back but is equally unsuccessful.
He got an 11 in case you're wondering!
The crossbowman fires off another arrow which narrowly misses Bogorin.
Total of 16 to hit Bogorin I believe thats stuck in his shield
Now its Willy's turn

As the once thought forgotten fighting skills of the grizzled Dwarf seem to come back more and more with every blow, Bogorin smiles grimly at his foe who seems nothing but Death staring him in the face. The cagey old warrior feints then brings his hammer down low in a powerful blow meant to smash (1d20+4=24, 1d8+2=7) (crit roll (1d20+4=7) ) the legs out from under his opponent. Doubt the crit is confirmed, even with flanking added. But if it Is that's 3X dam baby!
If his foe goes down
Once his opponent hit the ground Bogorin tramples over him and charges the crossbowman

Bogorin manages to slash his opponent but he doesn't got down.
He's taken 18 damage so far
As badly hurt as his comrade the wily two weapon fighter remains in the fight as behind them the goblin jailor realising he can't handle his former halfling prisoner steps back and huddled next to the crossbowman he levels his wand at the halfling.
Caster level check: 1d20+1: 19+1 for 20, activates the wand of colour spray at Leafy who is unconscious for 4 rounds then blinded and stunned for 4 rounds and then finally just stunned for 1 round, next up is Tenna

it's BASHED Hopeless! Bogo's Definitely a Basher not a Slasher ;-D
And about Colour Spray, it does allow a Will save. Or did you already roll it for him? And boy, what a powerful spell!. 9 rounds seems like quite a while to be out of the count for a 1st level spell...Plus you can hit multiple targets with it! We need that wand on Our side folks!

Apologies got it mixed up with earlier rules, so Leafy you get a Will save serves me right for glancing at a pdf instead of the printed copy I normally use!

The goblin reacts to Leafy remaining on his feet by hiding behind the crossbowman!
Leafy's turn...
Unless you go for the crossbowman you will take a -4 penalty to attack the goblin however on the plus side the guard is using a crossbow not a melee weapon so you'd be able to take an attack of opportunity on him if you went straight for him

Right you have an opportunity attack on the guard and if you want an attack on the goblin jailor but that one will be at -4 since he's hiding behind the crossbowman, you can of course take both attacks on the guard but thats up to you, please post both attack rolls and damage rolls on your reply
