yay official word! *got my download finger ready*
You can rest your finger for at least a couple hours -- I won't be in the office until 6:30 a.m., and at that point Gen Con stuff takes precedence over the beta. (And if there's bug fixing to do, then I have no idea how long that will take.) Then I have a bunch of stuff I have to do to make the beta live which will probably take at least an hour or so....

5:15 a.m. here in Bellevue. Drinking coffee and actually looking forward to getting into the office. I believe our PDF server will be able to handle the load, though it has never had to deal with 25,000 simultaneous 36MB+ downloads before, just thousands of silly old simultaneous Pathfinder downloads....

OMG...two hours V_V its impossible for me to print the beta today, and tomorrow, friday its a non-working day here, in Spain.

Sometime in the morning, US time. I say US time because although I'll be here in Bellevue, I'll be working Eastern time zone hours to support the folks actually at Gen Con.
By the way (maybe you said it earlier), are you talking in PST, CST or EST (how easy it is in the US ;-)) ??

Dang it, 10 more minutes before Gary gets to the office...I hope that setup at GenCon runs reeeeeaaally smoothly!!!!! Less wait time for the download then ^.^

Very much so... I was going but had to cancel my plans a month ago... now I'm sitting here hitting refresh over and over like everyone else.

I am, very much! I had my 4 day pass and everything ordered since February...but then a general layoff at work and a new job 1200 miles away just before GenCon nixed that plan. Stupid real life.
So a week ago I'd be representing Grand Rapids, Michigan. Now? Houston Texas!
Ah well, next year! 2009 or bust!
Next year GenCon, just you wait....next year.
(It'll be my first one too, yay!!)

Yea, I'll be there. Work interfered this year, but I am retiring (after 34 years, 10 months) July 31st, 2009, so I will have plenty of time next August!!
