This is just an idea, but with Paizo's decent ability to throw some PDF's around, would it be possible to get a copy of the Crimson Throne adventure set up specifically for this new alpha test, or is that something that is being waited on until the beta release?
I'm currently running the pathfinder modules...the first non-homebrew in quite a while and I would love to have that module set up specifically to give some tests.

Additionally it would be a waste of effort considering even if they knocked it out next week (hah!) by the time it was finished you'd have new changes to the alpha rules coming out.
This seems like it would be a good community project though. Probably not for an AP as that is a huge effort, but working together to mod one of the gamemastery stand alone adventures for a playtest scenario would be great. It might not be kosher to post up stat conversions of products they are selling, but D0 would be an ideal starting place. It's short enough to run in a session. It's available for free so everyone can make use of it. Being already publicly available it should be fine to post up conversions.
What else is out there as free adventures we could convert that everyone can get access to for playtesting? D0 is 1st level. Something in the midrange and something in the higher range would give a nice spectrum of the alpha rules.

Actually, I'm running COTCT and the Alpha playtest together, and the only significant difference I came across to deal with were:
- Hookshanks CMB was different from his Grapple mod because of his size
- The Deck of Zellara deals with identify differently.
That's it so far ... not worth a whole 'nother PDF.

I kinda realized the same once I thought about changing up D0. The only thing to change would be antagonists with class levels of the ones included in alpha 1.1. Wizards might be slightly different and clerics due to domains, but until higher levels the number of feats and other tweaks won't make much visible difference in a low level scenario. As is the goal, so yeah...

What I often do for each major monster the group will be facing is cut and paste their text into notepad, then print it out, several statblocks to a page. if it's a bestiary entry, i just print out the whole page. it was great during HMM, since there were so many encounters with complicated combatants in such a short space. It allows me to make notes, or lay out several stat blocks at once, and also allows me to min-max and alter their feat selections if I want.
So , it seems natural that, when i run CotCT, it should be a dawdle to add a feat or two here and there, condense skills, and up HP a wee bit. When I get around to it, I could post the results, I suppose.

Funny you should be asking Mr. 60, or rather that I finally saw this. I have a play by post test game going under CotCT and various Alpha rules.

As with any PbP it's rolling slowly however the only things of note so far are the consolidated skills and the skill bonuses that are given out in the Player's Guide. Not much of an issue, and that's really the hope of PRGP isn't it? Can you pick up a non-adapted adventure/material and run it without having major conversion issues? So far I'd say it's working.
What I'd really like to 'test' is an old 3.0 adventure (as is) against PRPG characters.
