Maybe it's British thing. "Pull yourself together man and drink your tea, what what!"
I'd make the blighter dig holes, in the mid-day sun.
Then I'd make him fill them in again, just for the sheer bloody-mindedness of it.Depressed? I'll give him depressed. He'll be too damn tired to be depressed.
I could have been depressed, walking to el Alamein, with a full pack on my back, and no heel on my boot.
I could have been depressed, when I came home to find a doodlebug had flattened the cricket pavillion.
But no, we were built of sterner stuff.
We had lovely Vera Lynn to see us through, blue birds over the white cliffs of Dover, eh?
And Flanagan and Allan? "Who do you think you are kidding, Mister Hitler? If you think Old England's done?"
Not like today; bunch of bloody pansies the lot of 'em.
Long hair down to their collars...can't tell if they're girls or boys sometimes.
Gone to the dogs, this place has...

Sorry to interrupt your conversation guys but this isn't a very private place in which to discuss the identity of Welcoming Death. It is a simple matter to follow Kruelaids recent post history to find out who his (your) guess is.
Are you trying to force WD into revealing himself? If not I would delete that post if I were you. What if it is not who you think it is?
Just saying...
EDIT: Too late... WD has quoted your post...

(lol)
IRL the wolves are amongst the lambs,
the foxes are at the chickens,
the tigers sup on the piglets,
and I gird now my loins to bring a just and calming order to it all.
I'll post something tomorrow maybe.
(it's not that damn bad really; more like tedious. I tend to talk it up to get my dander up for the fight.)

Ehh, I have moved to change what I can, and I've made my peace with what cannot be changed. Life goes on, and at least the rain has ceased. And there are Baltimore Orioles eating grape jelly outside my window at my birdfeeder, always a treat. Thanks for the good wishes ,, :)

So... There will be a fight?
Oh, yes, barring Riese groveling and begging forgiveness.....;)
I've just had a real b$! of a weekend, and I wanna do this final frewfrew right.
Tonite's my son's birthday/Commemoration of Lindisfarne party so I'll prolly get it all together and start the pregame fight stuff a bit late tonight; b@*&& of a time at the heathansson house of late...

I'm sorry for the constant dick around job here....
my wife's really sick; I think it'll be allright, but she's in a lot of pain, and I gotta take care of her....I can't really keep my mind on the game or anything anyway's.
She has shingles....and if you have had chickenpox, oy vey.....YOU can get it TOO! It lurks in your nerves!!! Fun. Apparently, it can be really debilitating.
Add that she had some back surgery for scoliosis once upon a time, with the requisite nerve damage, so that seems to mete out that there's internal pain involved....
hope that's all it is anyway. Jeez, it's enough. My mom says the most simple explanation is usually what it is. No, Dr. House, it's not lupus.....
So anyway, I'll check in every once in a while; whatever, but I might be kinda involved in this bit of fun for the next few days anyway, I really don't know yet.
Shingles! It's not just for septagenarians!
Oh, and let Riese npc Hudak and get him jacked up or whatever....

I think we're having a better day today.
F*~@, I don't know.
She got some more pain meds, and there's meds she can actually take during the day and not get all grogged out i.e. she can actually take them if she doesn't necessarily need to go sleepytime.

LOL. Welcome to my world.
At least yours will (hopefully) grow out of it soon.
My boy's autistic, and he seems to have been stuck at that stage for ever. There's a clockwork Nemo that regularly goes 'swimming' in the pan.
This week I found he'd put a Teletubby, a torch and a toothbrush in the fridge. WTF? Was Sesame Street on?
"Today kids, we'll be cooling down everything beginning with the letter T"

OhMiGosh, I haven't been reading my discussion threads, I had no idea!
And I thought MY life was,... interesting,... ;P
My 6yr old son has recently discovered that just because you TELL him to be quiet, doesn't automatically make his mouth stop.
24.
7.
I KNEW he was too much like me!
And just think, if once it's all over and you still REELY need to get your angst out,... well,
I can always roll up a new character,... (And if it reely IS friggin Grazz't, maybe I should just save time and get started!) :)
Hang in there guys and gals, just remember, As Jerry CLower said, "It could ALWAYS be worse!" (And no, I'm not dating myself,... My dad had an album of his. Vinyl, LP, Ah, google it if your THAT young!) ;P
ANyways, tomorrow I'm off to see my grown son that I haven't spoken to in 2 years, and haven't seen in almost 5. Seems he got married last weekend, and is honeymooning in New Orleans. So, ROAD TRIP! The kids get to see their 'Big bubby!' :)
Hope everyone gets better soon!
Laters!

Yah, My Mother had shingles, she said it wasn't fun,... at ALL.
She admits she's a wimp, but still claimed that she would rather die than go through those again.
And the family reunion was great!
We went to the zoo, the little kids got to see the big one for the first time in a long time, met the new daughter -in-law (THERE's a concept I took a long time to adjust to!) and over all had a very nice time. LIfe is good. :)

Shingles. I wikipedia'd it. Turns out there's a vaccine.
Yeah; she's looking into it.
I had just a bizarre day at work yesterday.....flooding.....saving car from flooded basement garage....yadda yadda....
I'm going to be getting back into the swing of things like later tonight I believe.
Wife's doing a little better (I think).
