Is it just me or is the tatooed and pierced version of Lidda in the Class Acts:Adventurer totally hawt or what?

Totally.

Dark Archive Contributor

That was the goal. :)

No, I certainly don't have a secret fanboy Lidda crush. Shut up! ;P

She's also wearing a thong and pulling her pants down for no readily apparent reason.

I guess if you're gonna have an Elmore cover, you've already entered the realm of cheesecake anyway, so... ;P

Hottest halfling since Dragon #285.

Yeah, I noticed the pants pulling down too. I figured that she was showing off all her piercings to the statue....

If you look close, you'll note that she's checking out the tat on her hip and comparing it to the symbol on the lower half of the statue just below the rocket ship.

You know that is just an excuse.

Sure, she can be comparing the tattoo to the carving, but she didn't need to pull her pants down that far to do so.

I mean, it looks like she's giving anyone behind her a good look at her bare behind.

Not that I think any of the male D&D iconics would privately object, mind you...

Oooooh, is -that- it.

Still doesn't explain the spandex sports bra. But there's a reason the genre's called 'fantasy'!

Hey, I'm not trying to make excuses, aside from the inclusion of the pillar that art piece is exactly as I ordered it. I'll shamelessly take the "blame" for it. ;D

Grief away, my good sir. Grief away. :D

Damn and I still have to wait for that issue...

I have no problem admitting that the picture of Lidda could make my Rogue pick his own pockets.....
I also found that picture quite....compelling.
Nice artwork. She is Smokin!!!

Is it just me, or does that just make Lidda hotter?

Post eaten... will try again...
Lidda is a female halfling, which puts her at like 3 ft. tall. That's the size of a toddler! No way that "hawt" could possibly enter the equation here; she probably weighs under 20 lbs. at that scale, with the proportions shown. With the thoughts he's attributed as having, Regdar would certainly kill her. Hey--maybe we should merge this thread with the "She's wearing WHAT?!" thread...

LULZ

A bunch of posts here were eaten. By the mods, maybe?

Anyway, midget fetish, bro. Midget fetish. @_@

The Exchange

I don't actually have the issue yet - who is the artist with the dirty mind?

Free your mind, man.

Kirth, mi amigo, I suppressed your first post because your faulty argument is hardly the usual well-wrought and intelligent post I'm used to seeing from you. There are enough tempests in teacups on the boards going on right now, don't you think?

Comparing a halfling (or a gnome) to a human toddler is an insult to the halfling and is no different than comparing an adult human with dwarfism (a "little person," to use the politically correct term) to a toddler. I suspect doing so would win you no friends among the little people nor the normal-sized people who love them. (Normal-sized people who love little people aren't pedophiles.)

Lidda is an adult halfling, with an adult halfling body and mind. She's likely in her late 20s and is more than capable of deciding what to wear and what body modifications to make to herself. Her height is absolutely irrelevant to the discussion, as we do not measure intelligence or adulthood by height.

Very hawt, regardless of size. And, uh... SNEAK ATTACK, BEEYITCH!!!

Somewhere there's a giant making the same argument about giants that are attracted to humans.

I can't wait for my issue. Sadly I haven't seen the "penultimate" issue yet :(

Dark Archive

I don't have this issue yet either, but now I'm extremely curious as to this image.

In real life I have seen guys well over 6 feet tall dating girls under 5 feet tall. I am 5'6'' so I think Lidda is well within my size range. I shall therefore continue to think Lidda is hot.

By the way,
I hate oozes.

Just chiming in with more love for Lidda.
Now I gotta have my halfling rogue get pierced and tattoos in the next downtime to use that picture.

Good job on ordering the artwork Mike.

Point well taken, sir, and certainly I had no desire to start another holocaust thread! ("well-wrought and intelligent" might be overstating the typical case, but I appreciate it nontheless.) Mostly I was responding to the imaginary Regdar--the little people to whom you refer are humans, and are also typically nowhere near as small and as skinny as Lidda; and most adult big people are nowhere near the size of Regdar. Dress and body mods are of course at her complete discretion, but interspecies lust for creatures almost two size categories different IS a bit on the odd side, you have to admit! (P.S., if this is also inappropriate, I won't mind a bit if you delete it; the good judgement of the Paizo admins on that account is unquestioned). * Now back to our regularly-scheduled droolfest *

I suspect that for adventuring types in halfling/human (or dwarf/gnome, for that matter) interspecies relationships, staffs of size alteration are common courting gifts.

A potion of enlarge or reduce person might also do in a pinch! ;)

Here here! I fully support any hot, tattooed halflings that may wander into the pages of Pathfinder.

I suspect that Regdar mating with any female would cause trauma. He's a right burly fellow. ;)

Ugh. Let's not go there.

Anyhow, I guess my post IRT Kirth's suppressed one got suppressed too as part of the general suppression of flaming discussions on unpleasant subjects. Can't remember exactly what I said, but it had to do with Freud and male halfling alter egos. Probably had one glass too many of that Chilean Malbec and it's best left in the electronic dustbin.

Sigh!

Lidda is a bit skinny, though. Maybe we need some hawt dwarf honeys in Pathfinder. ;)

Hoist that glass to us, then: the Knights of the Dustbin. And to our fearless liege, King (Mc)Artor! May our inappropriate posts remain forever where they belong: in electronic Limbo. And will someone please feed Lidda while we're at it? Wait--I know!--she's probably a rogue because she can't afford food?

I heard she's replacing Nicole Ritchie in the next series of The Simple Life

If she appears in the 4th ed. Players Handbook as part of an illustration for the heroes feast or create food and water spell, we'll know what happened.

Y'know, I didn't exactly get my eyes focussed on her face long enough to try to place the rest of the hawtness to an iconic face... wonder why ... rawr...

If she's the material component for a hero's feast, we'll know that 4.0 was truly a modest proposal.

At the risk of turning this thread into a 'hot for halflings' thread, does anyone else think the iconic thief-acrobat is attractive? The pic is in Complete Rogue, I believe.

Granted, it's not so scandalous as the one of Lidda.

I'm kinda split about her: she's lithe and attractive, but I'm not that keen on leather fetishists (such as Hennet, who likes his women and whiskey both aged fourteen years ~_^ )

I likes my whiskey to be "of age" (nothing but the MacAllan 18 for me, and a shame they stopped makin' it), and I likes my women twice that age, at least. By that time they're usually plump enough for my tastes, and mature enough.

Do I lose my Dex bonus to AC if I try to tuck a gold piece in her thong?

Liberty's Edge

I think Mr. Bitterleaf has been using that wand of dispel clothing again ;) Woooo! She's invisible! Well, almost.
