Just curious -- how would my fellow GMs rule on Beguiling Gift working in combination with the Reach Spell metamagic? Would you say the target of the spell has to move forward to accept the gift, or would you say that the spell fails since the gift isn't within reach?

Clearly you have to toss the gift to them.
Snark aside, I'd be hesitant to add to the spell by forcing a move.

Beguiling Gift: "Range 5 ft."
Reach Spell: "You can alter a spell with a range of touch, close, or medium to increase its range to a higher range category... Spells that do not have a range of touch, close, or medium do not benefit from this feat."
