I set my stats in parentheses to represent AMF situations. As a fighter, my only spells tend to be slash, thrust, hack, parry and block. lol
For example normal AC 30, in AMF 26.

I just realized that the party has a Paladin and Cleric of Sarenrae.
This fighter is happy indeed.

            For command Undead ref.
Command Undead
Source PRPG Core Rulebook pg. 120
Using foul powers of necromancy, you can command undead creatures, making them into your servants.
Prerequisites: Channel negative energy class feature.
Benefit: As a standard action, you can use one of your uses of channel negative energy to enslave undead within 30 feet. Undead receive a Will save to negate the effect. The DC for this Will save is equal to 10 + 1/2 your cleric level + your Charisma modifier. Undead that fail their saves fall under your control, obeying your commands to the best of their ability, as if under the effects of control undead. Intelligent undead receive a new saving throw each day to resist your command. You can control any number of undead, so long as their total Hit Dice do not exceed your cleric level. If you use channel energy in this way, it has no other effect (it does not heal or harm nearby creatures). If an undead creature is under the control of another creature, you must make an opposed Charisma check whenever your orders conflict.

Yes, I am familiar with the text of the feat, but there are some aspects that remain a bit unclear, such as how you would select which ones remain Commanded if more HD were affected. With only one being affected (5 HD) this becomes a moot point. But had more been affected, I would have let the player choose which one to keep, even though the text isn't explicitly clear on that.

I usually went with which ever undead failed their Will save first and checked if it exceeded their HD limit.
So a little like.
Closest to cleric>will save fail>HD maximum met; repeat.

Ironically attended a funeral this morning for a close relative due to complications of Covid. I would normally provide a longer narrative in Lasaraleen's rites...but not feeling it appropriate.

The next encounter has some monsters with either rules errors or 3.5 material. I will be applying the PF equivalent where I can, and modifying them myself where necessary.
I will do my best to keep to the difficulty of the scenario, but where the printed material is blatantly in contradiction of the rules, I think it appropriate to use GM judgement.

I think it depends. Technically we are supposed to run as written so sometimes you have to fight raging undead barbarians because John Frost really liked them.

Well, I looked it up in the Season 10 guide:
Scenarios are to be run with minimal changes by GMs, limited to adding CMB/CMD scores to NPCs and monsters and using newly combined skills such as Stealth and Perception instead of Move Silently and Spot. If a creature in the scenario also appears in a Pathfinder RPG Bestiary volume and has the same CR, you may use the stats from that volume. This is the only substitution allowed in these scenarios.
That clarifies it. I believe the 3.5-relic enemies are actually reproduced in the NPC Codex, not a Bestiary. So I will run with the 3.5 builds.
