When scouting the camp, we saw 15-20 enemies. Let's say 20 for the worst-case scenario. We've reduced that number by 6. So we're looking at 14 now. That's still a lot to attack in their fortified position. But we also have to be concerned that if we leave the camp alone for too long, they might be able to call for reinforcements. After the second group of scouts doesn't return, I think we can anticipate a change in tactics. Maybe we should go back to the camp and observe to see if there are any changes?

It's waiting time now. Let's see how they respond when the scouts don't come back. If they send out another small scout group, we'll attack them. If they send out a large group, depleting the fort's defenses, we'll attack the fort. Thoughts?

Grym gives the pit a thorough inspection. On second thought. We can easily hold this position against any enemies who try to come up from the lower level of this pit. Yes we'll have to set watch, but I think it's best if we hold here and replenish our spellcasting and Channeling abilities. we can continue discussing in character or just hold a simple vote in discussion. Coup de grace:
Helpless Defenders
A helpless opponent is someone who is bound, sleeping, paralyzed, unconscious, or otherwise at your mercy. Regular Attack
Coup de Grace
You automatically hit and score a critical hit. If the defender survives the damage, he must make a Fortitude save DC 10 + damage dealt) or die. A rogue also gets her extra sneak attack damage against a helpless opponent when delivering a coup de grace. Delivering a coup de grace provokes attacks of opportunity from threatening opponents. You can’t deliver a coup de grace against a creature that is immune to critical hits. You can deliver a coup de grace against a creature with total concealment, but doing this requires two consecutive full-round actions (one to “find” the creature once you’ve determined what square it’s in, and one to deliver the coup de grace). I've never had a character execute a coup de grace. An interesting fact is that Gryms Hammer with its 3x crit multiplier would be a better weapon for coup de grace than the Scimitar with its 2x crit multiplier. But I just can't see a Hammer to the Head being a cleaner death than Scimitar to the neck

Siegebreaker fighter abilities: Breaker Rush (Ex): At 1st level, a siegebreaker can attempt bull rush or overrun combat maneuvers without provoking attacks of opportunity. When he performs either combat maneuver, he deals an amount of bludgeoning damage equal to his Strength bonus (minimum 1). If he has Improved Bull Rush or Improved Overrun, the damage dealt by the appropriate maneuver increases by 2 and he adds any enhancement bonus from his armor or shield (though such enhancement bonuses do not stack, if both armor and shield are magic). This ability replaces the feat gained at 1st level. Breaker Momentum (Ex): At 2nd level, when a siegebreaker successfully bull rushes a foe, he can attempt an overrun combat maneuver check against that foe as a free action. Maybe we can sweep wide on our way back to the camp and cover some area we haven't searched yet and still be back at camp by nightfall
