Hello all and Happy Holidays!
Customer Service will be closed on December 24th and December 25th along with the rest of Paizo to deck the halls, light some candles, give some gifts, and maybe even play a table top game or two with our family and friends. I hope everyone else out there can have a nice healthy friends/family disagreement over board game politics and avoid throwing too many mugs of eggnog.
Customer Service will return to assist on Thursday, December 26th. We know the Holidays are a stressful time for ordering and anticipating goods and packages. I want to thank everyone for their patience and good cheer, and the annual traditions of telling your family members a gift is still on the way...
If you have any kind of order problem, we'll be happy to assist today or when we are back open, but there are only two of us today, and I have to pause every few seconds to keep up the stream of warm apple cider and appreciate a classic Seattle December of never ending rain and fog. Thank you all for your patience and stay warm and cozy or cool and comfortable as we finish out the year!

Due to some technical issues and intersection with the big release and GenCon, we weren't able to get this thread up earlier to warn folks or give a timeline. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
The technical issues caused us to struggle with order generation over July 31st-August 2nd. You may have received a confirmation email anywhere in this window.
The scenarios were fulfilled the morning of August 3rd.
Note about Complimentary Subscriptions!
Complimentary Subscription Start Dates: I have been noticing a common misconception about the start date of the complimentary subscription for those with the new Paizo Advantage. Your complimentary subscription becomes active when the first item of your fourth subscription ships. Many people have the Lost Omens World Guide as their fourth subscription item, which will not be able to ship until the middle of this month. If you are in this case, you likely did not receive your complimentary subscription yet, and this is expected. Your complimentary subscription will start once your World Guide (or any 1st item of any of your 4 subscriptions) has shipped.
Your subscription items may have already been available, but hadn't shipped to activate complimentary subscription: If you are someone who has had a problem with your order that has prevented it to ship, and this has caused you to miss out on these scenarios, please let us know! We will try to get you the products you qualified for. Our backlog may make you wait as we catch up, but it shouldn't rob you of any products. We'll do what we can to make it right.
With the above information in mind, if you do not have access to your scenarios, or have further questions about the activation of your complimentary subscription, please let us know!

Hello rogues and mages alike,
This morning Paizo Customer Service is getting new phones! We are very excited for the upgrade, as some new features will make our lives easier, and improve our phone support overall. While this change is occurring, our phones may have intermittent downtime to receive Customer Service inquiries. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
During this transition time, any voicemails left will be lost in the transition, so bear this in mind and feel free to email Customer Service, or post in this forum with your inquiries.
