I would suggest Grok with owlbear. Calah has an eye on Sandra so keeping her close is of interest to her ;). 20% for the crew seems fine. Though keeping it secret is nice, I think it is important to gain reputation as well... I think going into port for some selling of loot and getting magical items seems like a good idea.
