Where do I input the code?

Were the slip cases given the codes PZO2031 & PZO2032?

Is PZO2031 the Kingmaker Special Edition slipcase? I know PZO2032 is the regular Kingmaker slipcase.

Mine had the usual not reliable tracking email I get for all of my monthly Paizo orders. However this one and a couple before started to show up on the USPS informed delivery site. That tracking number I could take and use on UPS tracking site to get an understanding of when it would come.

Mine has arrived. Great job packing this I must say.

Has anyone else had issues with the physical book's binding? The pages on mine are detaching from the spine.

If this issue is still going on with the book after 3 years, I will not be buying another copy. Sucks because the book contents are really damn good.

I don't think I got this (or even had an order spawned for it)? Could this be added to my July order.

The Thistletop Goblin Statuette from this order is broken. The other 4 are fine. If I could get a replacement that would be great.

I've been charged for this order, but it hasn't proceeded past that. If Pathfinder Roleplaying Game: Player Character Folio being cancelled is effecting the order, then please remove that.

Came on today to find this order had most everything in it canceled on 2/20. I had till Monday Mar 30 to pay, so I'm a bit confused at this.

Is anyone else having trouble getting the pages to load? I have tried multiple browsers, erasing caches/cookies/histories but the sales pages just come up blank. I signed in, reloading or coming via other pages, however the links all get stuck showing a sign-in url, (even after coming out of all Paizo pages/clearing stuff). :/

Just so you don't keep trying to put my last order through and having it denied, could you put my subscriptions on hold for a bit. The credit card you are trying to use for the order is no longer valid and it will be a bit before a new one and the issues tied to it are resolved.

Since 1st Edition is winding down, would it be possible to know what has been reprinted? And other then digest sized books, I take it things won't be reprinted for 1st edition. Other then maybe updated for 2nd edition, right?

The binding on this book is not great. I hope they don't use the same printer again for any other products.

Thing is it showed the payment method I was using before until I tried to change it yesterday and then it erased everything. Even today adding in the card, I had to check the box for applying the payment method to future orders, then make sure the address was shown before adding all the other information. Forget any of those steps and it saved nothing.
Now if I were to add another payment type would that be charged if the first was ever denied?

It is not showing my payment methods on my side anymore - though I have added a card that I wish to use for the 2 orders that are still out there to be shipped. I'm not sure why my card from before was declined either.

Well I have it now available and thought it would have worked Monday, but the order still has a Payment authorization on this end. I checked my statement and it to has the most recent payment pending. If that somehow needs to be canceled and sent again I do have the freedom on my card for that to happen right now.
I am ready for this to finally ship.

Just curious when a "Pending" payment would be removed from a credit card. Because the one for this order on the 12th of August is still there preventing this order from going through. Which of course is now ready to ship if the amount of this order wasn't going to put me over my limit on the card.
I know from when I had payments set up through my bank it was like 5 days for a pending order to be removed.

Only other concern is can the hold of funds be removed from my checking account (which is one of the payments I removed) on this end. I have a feeling I'll be told from my credit union that is what I'll have to do to get access to that money.

New problem is that I've changed the payment method, but when deleting an old card it seemed to take everything away and now wont show any payment method. When I try to add a new payment it never shows up.

So I've just added this order to my side cart, yet noticed that while getting a 10% discount on products I do not yet have the extra %5 off as a Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber (since I should get %15 off).

Also would it be possible to get order # 3979520 put into my side cart so all of this ships as one bundle with the next upcoming subscription (which order spawns July 21st)?

You can now remove the suspension on the subscriptions and ship the December order as planned (course now just 1 adventure path). Also hope you're finished with looking into the Wayfinder 13 issue as I would love to finally have that item with the December order.

Since it will only be the comic, I would like to cancel that and have it added to the December releases. So then I'd get 2 comics and 2 Pathfinder Adventure Paths.
Also on a side note, I should be due a Wayfinder 13 from pledging to them (they have said they sent the information along), but have yet to see it added to any shipment. If that can be resolved and added to December's shipment that would be great.

Can there be a better method then authorizing a payment card thus holding those funds, even though you do not charge that card until the items ship. I just got a bank fee due to that as your authorizing went before a more important bill that had to be paid. And they say you'd have to reverse the fee, if that is even possible.
