Didn't there used to be a 10-15% discount on subscriptions or was that only on APs?
That's Pathfinder Advantage, which only comes with the AP subscription.

I apologize, for misunderingstanding your concern as I didn't not realize you had posted regarding your order specifically in another thread.
We currently are on day 3 of about a 2 week shipping window. We ship as quickly as we can, but because of the vast number of orders going through as fast and efficiently as we can, we cannot pinpoint when any one order will ship.

Ok, we've been applying blunt force to the Gen Con orders and they should be now, submitted, charges settled, PDFs granted (where applicable) and having sent one, possibly two emails*. Please let CS know if you have issues you need assistance with.
*Our system potentially emailed you both a order creation confirmation and a "settlement" confirmation email despite these two actions occurring practically simultaneously.

My order Order 4016771 spawned but the contents of my sidecart didn't make it. The cart is empty but it's contents didn't make it into the order. I wanted to add the Pocket Core Rulebook and the Pathfinder Society Pawns.

Not sure if it's an issue, but I seem to have got two authorisation emails (both labelled order 3980463). The first was on the 21st July, then I got an identical one when you pushed the GenCon orders on the 28th July although the dates might be slightly off given timezones and such. I initially thought the 28th was the shipping email, but it doesnt seem like any PDFs have been added.
It appears from my bank account that there was an authorisation each time, which is no big deal but I'd be worried the orders might be duplicated and you might be bundling a whole bunch of stuff up to take to GenCon as well as (or instead of! *horrified gasp*) sending it to me.

Getting near to the end of the window -- had these shipped to me so I didn't have to carry them back from Gencon.
I don't mind it will take a few days to actually ship(and friends feeding the cat will make sure its not on my step) - but would like to be able to download the pdfs (which are pending on shipping) before loosing internet access going to GenCon (since internet access the last few years has been hit or miss for simple stuff let alone pdfs).
Is there a chance to get an update on shipping? Or just too much getting pushed through at once? Order is 3993389.

Alarmingly when I looked at my tracking information the package was in my city July 30, then because 'en route for delivery' from the next city over on August 1, but today, August 3, it is 400 miles away near Los Angeles?
Anybody else getting something like this? Nothing seems wrong with my order on paizo's end.

I'm sorry to see this hasn't shipped yet! It looks like the goblins got confused on some of the sidecart items (thought they would be in and ready, but it looks like we are still waiting on them.
I've moved those pack to the sidecart and the rest of the order should be on its way soon.

Promo cards for the Class Deck Subscription are special for this month, is my understanding. We may or may not occasionally have promo cards for future releases in this line.
I am pretty sure the "Deluxe" you are seeing in the email confirmation is an artifact of how we had to set up the promo cards to go with these items. If I recall correctly the same thing happened with the card game sub when we were mucking around with getting promo cards right for that one when it launched. The tech team has been alerted to look into and fix this display issue.

Yeah, well… Sometimes from our side the things you do look just a tad… complicated. Maybe you could have sent promo cards will all Goblin decks that left the warehouse with the July subscriptions, regardless of the existence of a Class Deck subscription. In the end, I subscribed to the Class Decks* just for the promo cards, got my box today… and no promo cards!
I'll be sending an e-mail to Customer Service in a few minutes.
(*: I unsubscribed yesterday.)

I just wanted to check in with you because it seems that two of the items are holding things up: Warmachine: Prime Hardcover and HORDES: Primal Hardcover.
