Watched an eight, maybe ten year old child play better than some other players I've played with in the past. Better than me at times.

The biggest thing I noticed are their ratings and reviews. Whenever they follow the comic, it is pretty good. People watch, but when they don't ala the Hospital arc, things plummet.

I SHALL MAKE A STRIX SOMEthing something.....
I don't really care for this show much. From someone whom loved the comic and made his whole family watch the shows premier, if you took a picture of me each season , my face goes from a smile of wonder to a a frown of just poor lackluster.

There are several races that do not require any special rules to use in the list... Maybe Grippli or Vanaras, not too into them though. I've made soo many Half-Orcs that I'm going nutz. Half-Orcs are specifically not an option. Full orcs are. I know, that is why Full Orcs are out.

I've got a level 3(level 4?) character I had when I used to play. Also some other peeps that are made for level 1.

The goddess Chaunte would be excellent for that and is one of the few FR gods I even care for or remember at all..... wait is she Greyhawk, I don't know? Chauntea is Forgotten Realms. I was planning on making Chauntea the wife of Lathander with Sareanrae(however you spell her name), as their offspring. Lathander takes a more paternal role while Chauntea maintains the Healthy Crops, Healthy Family role.
I toyed with the idea of Lathander courting Pharasma to get her to lighten(ha!) up a bit, but Chauntea + Lathander = Sareanrea makes more sense. Eratile holds a similar domain to Chauntea, so what about him though?

That is implying that we are bringing mechanics as well which check may be for some.
I have a Gnoll Brawler I'll be making. Always thought Gnolls were cool. Never played a Brawler however, should be fun.
Second Darkness should get a revisit.

Both randomly pop into existence, just one before and one during.
If you want another route, look at the Elder Scrolls. Look how they have Orcs.
Like Days of Future's Past movie?

Or how about James Jacobs had enough enough of someone's hand having tampered what he wanted for Taldor. Just look at the damage done to Erastil. Thank God for retcons.

It hear it has all the same old bugs. Improved graphics may be nice, but not worth buying it all over again and having to deal with bugs that should have been fixed after 5 years.
Non-Essential ones. Mostly from what my friend whom works for Bethesda "A" bugs. Ones that were game crashing or progression blocking that could be easily repeatable.

And please don't mouth the line "but you can still include it in your Golarion." If I was creative enough to do interesting things with concepts, I wouldn't be buying Paizo products. Don't care.
So when the next generation of ttrpg comes out, will we call old school old old school, this generation old school, and the current new school?
One word answer, retcons.

Thanks, you know made this an extension of that dumb election thread.
Not the Summoner's fault they are a stand user.
Question that one no one has asked: Is this a mundane army r one where you would a mix of PC classes and Martial and Mundane? Would there be enemy Spellcasters?
I feel like we are assuming there are no counter measures.

Purple Dragon Knight wrote: James Jacobs wrote: It indicates a worshiper of a faith. That is it. Doesn't imply anything about positions of authority in the faith. It's a one word shortcut to saying "Individual who worships this deity or follows this religion." It's a synonym, in that regard, with things like clergy or worshiper.
And bards who follow or worship Cayden Cailien can ABSOLUTELY be priests if they want to be part of the organization. If they merely worship him, they are not priests.
Thanks for the above clarifications James - I was under the assumption all this time that priest referred to either a) someone with some kind of divine magic; or b) if no divine magic, someone with some kind of status or standing within a given church.
This could lead to a fun RP opportunity for a friend of mine who's created a very interesting fighter of Calistria called "The Revenge Lord". Well, if you look up the deities, some of them have archetypes and such for different classes that doesn't give them divine stuff. There is even a Fighter one for Calistria.
Bloat?
By some people definition they should stop 3rd Parties from making material as well technically speaking. Having only Paizo making material for the game would cut down bloat, but people don't like that. They want their cherished Sphere's of Power, Path of War, whatever. All of that is bloat in some way. More and more options to choose from.

Yakman wrote: zimmerwald1915 wrote: Yakman wrote: as has been discussed in some other threads, the primary faith is saranae, but the economy is driven by slavery. You're going to have to exposit the logical chain from these premises to the conclusion "Kelesh is in decline." In particular you're going to have to explain away the setting material that presents Kelesh as a vital font of civilization.
Quote: also, decadent "oriental" empires are better for rpg purposes than healthy "oriental" empires. They're certainly good for catering to orientalist preconceptions. But presumably RPGs exist to do something more, or something entirely different, than cater to orientalist preconceptions. hah! RPGs exist entirely for fun. And harems, slavery, caravans, souks, scimitars, and carpets, flying and otherwise, are fun settings for fantasy land adventure.
Kelesh may well be a vital font of civilization. That doesn't mean that it's not a slave trading country, or that it is in decline. But nothing has said it is in decline. Taldor id anything is in decline.
Except for Sorcerers, then it is the exception then.

Maybe later, but right now they are just too busy. neat! No problem, thinking about getting an XBone this season, as my 360 will be ten. Fallout 4 is tops, but I do like getting it all on one game. :-)
I'll most likely pick it up when or if I get one. :-) Get a PS4. Even though mods are gonna be abysmal on it, it will still be better looking and run better.
I like it and wish it well.

If it wasn't for rule lawyers, I would forget that my rogue gets (x)d6 of damage when I am able to pull of a sneak attack with my ninja.
Please stop ending your posts like that. Also your imposingbrules of a different game and universe on Golarion.
