Lindevailë Tindómë looks at Jack with a worried expression: "That must have hurt, you can't take many of those". She gestures as if gathering some air and throwing it toward Jack with the call: "Envinyata!"", and a glowing wind does indeed flow between them, mending Jack's wounds.

She then dances with wide high arcs of her long legs and flowing skirt, trying to catch the phantom's attention.

"Oh do care for the dogs! They were most brave, and need all the tasty snacks as thanks that we can give"" Miriel says and herself takes a bit of jerky from her rations and gives some to each of her sled's dogs with a scrub on the head.

Miriel sits down on her knees, arranges all her gear in front of her and goes through everything. "Some damage, but not unrepairable. Less than I feared.". Then she takes out her mirror, and checks her outfit and look. "A bit more care needed there... but not that bad either. After being buried alive and half-eaten.". She cleans and rearranges herself while the tea is brewing.

Later she realizes something. "Master Khellek, I recall something, at certain dangerous phases of our journey, you called me 'Miriel'. No 'Ms Magol' always... am I becoming a friend and not just a student?" She gives a quick hug to Khellek. "And don't give that 'Old man' thing to me, I'm over a hundred and older than you!" she finishes with a smile.

Well, more to the GM, as the description sounded more like it would not apply. Lindevailë Tindómë uses Versatile Performance quite a lot, so have tried to read this very carefully.

I dislike the scenarios stating the skills, not the actions, and have to ask often. This felt like a border case a bit on the 'no' side so I decided to default to diplomacy but still ask.

Lindevailë Tindómë looks at J. "I have danced with wolves and fish. Bear dancing sounds nice", she says.

She starts with flowing hand gestures, as if directing an orchestra, and the music around her changes to low brass tune. She moves in, mimicking the heavy steps of a bear with her movements, hands waving rhythmically in front of her, palms facing the bears, as if she had bear paws.

She moves really close to the bears, and uses her scarf to accentuate her movements, but at the same time partly concealing herself behind it.

"It is healed so well I can dance again, but it was so dramatic!" Lindevailë Tindómë says and burst yet to another dance.

Her dance starts with an interpretation of sneaking, that turns to combat of wild swings and mystical casting motions, and ending with her as if hit in the stomach, and falling on the ground gently as a leaf. Her music follows the dance theme, starting with quiet flutes, then drums and horns, and ending with a melancholy string coda.

Then she turns to Nanoc, and answers to the poppet's formal introduction with a stage curtsy. "A pleasure to meet you, Nanoc Evitceted".

She looks at the sky. "The cloud winds are too far to feel. I can talk to winds closer to take rain away from us." She considers the warning on unusual events a bit. "That can be difficult for me, I know carnivals have events that are strange compared to normal life, but to see events that are stranger than strange? Maybe things that don't seem like bringing joy?"

She looks at Eando. "Why do you say that about Hesla Embersplitter? Sounds like you have some feelings of what she may do, or what she has done?"

I had a busy day and there's been so much discussion meanwhile.

I am looking for a long time to spend developing the characters and their relations to each other and the world, so mix with Shattering Star is fine with me. It's not a must, I'm mostly looking for a campaign that wouldn't die half-finished like many before.

I can work with most rule changes, as long as I can be forgiven to make mistakes as I'm not familiar with those. I've mostly done PFS legal play, so variants haven't been that common.

I don't have that much information about Sandpoint, I read the player's guide but it didn't have a lot in it. So, for now, I haven't fixed any relationships. There's some in Magnimar from the trader families, but I'd need some hints there. For Sandpoint, Tara might have just come, or tried to already do some odd jobs to get enough money to get a business running, with little luck.

I'll write more history suggestions soon. Today was really busy, I just got a new project and a new computer because of it, and have been doing tons of legal stuff and installing. But days like this come very rarely, only a handful per year.

Mia looks around the maze of narrow alleys. "It is going to get tight, and although I consider myself more a swordswoman, I'll join Inka in the bow unit again", she decides and also climbs up to the roof.

"A moment to prepare? Even more concerning... but maybe I should give it all even though I might run out of magic before the final." She takes her bow in her hand, casts a spell on it, and starts describing the situation, with quite a different tone, as the excitement of combat hasn't taken over her yet: "On this end of the field, the away team starts preparing for the match. With the support of ladies on the roof, Clarence in the middle is ready for the start. For the home team, the tactics are not as clear as only one member has entered the field thus far..."

She's wearing heavy armor, with a white dress over it, clearly chosen to better show the fine, meticulously arranged rainbow-colored decorations. Even her assortment of weapons is placed carefully to please the eye.

With a very formal tone, she greets: "Well met, my esteemed colleagues. I presume we here were all requested to join on this assignment in the spirit and principles of the Pathfinder Society. I am Miriel..." She suddenly stops as she notices Flawss. She runs over to the dog, drops to her knees and her voice changing completely, starts babbling to the dog: "Oh hello there my fuvvy fviend, ave you coming with auntie Miviel to the adventuve? When attention turns away from her, she inches up to Bedlam and whispers: "Can I play with your dog, please? Or would it mess up with the training?"

A dark haired woman of above average height is sitting on the deck writing. "Feeling the wind in her hair, she stood on the deck, watching the city glimmer in the setting sun's light. 'What adventures awaits me there' she thought..., she says as she's writing, then shakes her head and crosses out the line she wrote. "Official style, remember. On the third day, the team arrived to the harbor." She notices the goblin coming up, and stops writing. She stands up, straightens a bit her white tunic she wears over her leather armor.

"Oh, good, you're up. We are supposed to work as a team, but I didn't introduce myself yet. Mia Efimerida, war and exploration correspondent. Well, actually, still on trial period but soon permanent." Her alto voice is strong and clear, even in the sea wind. She rolls up her writing, and puts it into her belt next to other similar paper rolls, and sticks her quill pen in her slightly curled hair behind her ear. "I can finish the report later, it's quite boring this far anyway." She picks up her pack, with a sword and bow attached to it for transport, and throws it easily on her shoulder.

"You've been to Galt, and traveled with pirates? That sounds interesting, I'd like to write down your stories if we have spare time. I'm so happy that I finally got to travel the physical way, I've only been spent through portals to strange places, and although impressive, you don't get the feel of traveling that way. Even sleeping on a ship gives you so much stronger feeling of being on a journey."

The elven woman had been keeping to herself the whole voyage, usually sitting among her pile of books and scrolls, reading and mumbling to herself. She had stopped her studies just to quickly grab a couple of fruits from the meals offered, just to return to her reading, arranging her long legs in unhealthy-looking positions in the small space available on the ship.

When the team steps off the ship, she finally says two words: "Nastya, Ana". She starts to walk toward the square, but turns back, as if remembering something. On the other hand this, almost identical except for the variance in the veins, is poisonous and may cause severe symptoms if ingested. And look, it even has an 'Icky thing'! Gunslinger / Druid.

My Emerald Spire character. I had three requirements: Musket, Bear and Dwarf, and as early as possible. There are many tricks to get animal companion, but they tend to get it late, so my choices were hunter or druid. The druid archetype Nature Fang traded wild shape for slayer abilities, which in turn allowed taking ranger combat style for extra feats that ranged combat always needs. Hunter would have had less feats so I chose druid.

It worked out pretty well. Early levels the bear acted as a tank, later I got undersized mount to ride the bear, which helped greatly in getting to the optimal position. The druid spells were just used for long buffs for mobility and protection. First just for speed, then riding a bear along the walls and ceilings, and finally with Air Walk through the air.

Using Kevan's greetings as a distraction, Miriel tries to sneak up, keeping distance to Wilhelm to prevent them both getting caught for one misstep.

Continuing to protect her friends, Miriel slashes the goblin attacking Giovanni. "Get off him! Retreat you fools, you are defeated!"

ECB attack northern blue goblin: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 4 + 1 = 61d10 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 3 + 1 = 5

But there is just too much sand in her eyes, and she almost hits Giovanni instead.

Miriel blushes because of the praise.

Oui, mais je suis seulement une fille ordinaire, pas une déesse...

Celestial:

Yes, but I'm just an ordinary girl, not a goddess...

Pimwrick's words pull Miriel finally out of the enchantment, and she tries to get her mind out of the charm of the bard by overly concentrating on practical tasks. "Yes, we must. Sleep. It's good, we have a long day tomorrow. Thank you, Giovanni. I'll go now. To sleep." She hastily gets her bed ready, dropping things all over in the process, and gets under the covers, facing away from her companions. "Art is for art. Love is caring. Not the Calistria stuff" she mumbles to herself while trying to sleep.

In the morning, Miriel occupies her mind by making breakfast and packing the camels, helping others when hers is ready. On the journey, she again trusts constant prayer will shield her from the sun.

"I am not afraid, we shouldn't sacrifice our love for others for a fear for ourselves."

Miriel raises her flute to her lips, and starts to play following Giovanni's tune with elven style.

Female Elf Cleric of Desna (varisian pilgrim) / Unchained rogue (Knife master)

Revenge from the Americas, over 100 posts during my sleep.

Well, too bad for me. Have fun building your kingdom!

Now, for the ending. I'd like Iavas to live and travel to Osirion with Gaspar, or if she must die, stubbornly defending dying people until overwhelmed by the creatures.

Edit: Oh, and I'd like the butterflies to be involved somehow.
With two worshipers of Desna, the dice HAD to bring them.

Ah, too bad for me. I can join later if someone drops out, if I haven't got the character into another Kingmaker meanwhile.

Chosen ones, have fun! And may Desna's blessing guide your dice.

"If we don't talk to him and tell he did wrong, who will? He'll just kill more, we should go meet him. Yes, we found all the animals, Torchy helped us but he killed Chaim. It might be a nice place and the food might be good. One of the buyers tried to cast and poof! There were three centipedes! I wanted to try two at time to make griffons, but maybe it's not so wise, the centipedes already bit pretty hard. We tried to talk to all, but they didn't want, so... Kiti starts to discuss the invitation but switches to telling their tale to the Venture-Captain, bouncing freely between different places and people, not at all caring if the captain listens to her or not.

Kiti tells the whole story, in non-chronological order, if nobody stops her

"Three thousand! I don't have that much!" Kiti cries at Torch's proposal. "If I had I would've bought this really pretty armor at Absalom, it's just the right size and made of dragonscales. I'd like one made of pink dragon but the shopkeeper said there are no such things," she continues, suddenly in happier and more exited tone. "But you are worried if they know you talk, not of the poor man you got killed? Those are not ours, the Ruby guy wanted them and he'd be happy if you help. It's your fault he died and it's not nice to make people trade with you by killing the other traders, she states, switching to angrier tone again.
