Blessings of the Eternal Rose to you and your patron." he says with a smile and a slightly unfocussed look. "We are here at the request of the family to do a rededication of the mausoleum. His artistic achievements are pleasing to Shelyn. If you would be so kind to allow us access."

Malik checks his crossbow, but keeps his morningstar and dagger. He looks around the room in the tavern at all the interesting people, orders two whiskies and sits with the comatose Gnome, placing one cup in front of him and one in front of himself.
Called to action, he thanks the Gnome for the thrilling conversation and follows. "Charming amenities you have here." he says, crossing the fissured room.

Malik raises an eyebrow at Simon's lecture, but he chuckles and slaps him on the back. "Good to know!" he says in his rich, sonorous voice. "Yes, friends! We, trained Pathfinders, have been tasked with fetching this great man a libation worthy of his eminence. We're just lucky that it requires us to visit a tavern and not a fetid swamp or spider-infested forest or dank sewer!" he says. "The Eternal smiles on us!"

Emerging from the drizzle, following the others, is a dark-skinned, apparently Garundi man in fine clothes of white and gold. He wears a pin with the rose symbol of Shelyn on his breast but carries little in the way of arms. "What is the contents of the package? Or is it private?" he asks.
