I'll have my submission up tonight. Making sure everything is on point

dotting for interest

I was in Rise of the runelords game as a replacement character for i think partway through second book. the game was cancelled due to IRL issues. I have no real experience other than that.

Lunar oracle, Elf named Azari the Silver. More to come, that's my base idea

i'm gonna have to drop, i can't come up with a character really.

i've decided on Lunar Oracle, An elf named Azari the silver. General build... well i have no idea but i have good stats

stats: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (3, 4) + 6 = 13
stats: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (3, 4) + 6 = 13
stats: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (4, 5) + 6 = 15

stats: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (6, 2) + 6 = 14
stats: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (4, 5) + 6 = 15
stats: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (3, 2) + 6 = 11
---

stats: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (5, 5) + 6 = 16
stats: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (5, 5) + 6 = 16
stats: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (4, 6) + 6 = 16

stats: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (6, 2) + 6 = 14
stats: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (2, 2) + 6 = 10
stats: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (2, 4) + 6 = 12

Not sure on class

Adir is doing a switch hitter for what that's worth.

best of luck gm

alchemist has those no?

I have no doubt's we'll be fine. The Smallest person there is our tank and frontline

Decided on a Ifrit Oracle of the Wind, oddly he has a fascination with the ocean and wind, sailing, ect. Despite his origins as a creature of fire.

He's going to be the scout type with really good perceptive abilities, Probably going to Scaled Fist as a dip and make some type of martial caster hybrid.

Lawful good probably but not the jerk type of lawful. he honestly is someone who respects the laws of a country and tries to help those in need

Done, mechanics are in the character sheet

Backstory,appearance and personality:

Brown hair down to his shoulders, light facial hair, blue eyes, though handsome he stands at the short height 3 feet. He's got a lean musculature from his training.

He's walks around barefoot like most halflings do, he's otherwise got a breast plate over a long black and dark green gambeson. He has a sheathe for his greatsword, longer than he is tall strapped to his back and uses his Slingstaff as a walking cane.

He tends to be blunt in conversation, having little tact, Otherwise he's the brave heroic sort. Fancying storied and legendary weapons, he learning to forge them. He also reads stories concerning such weapons, learning various languages in hopes of finding hints or clues to tracking them.

Adir's life is far from carefree however, He grew up in one of the Tanglebriar's border settlements. When The forest began growing dark, he lost his family in a series of murders. He used his skills learned from his father and mother, both warriors in their own right to start his career as a mercenary on his way to Grayhaven.

Adir's Father and mother come from a family that has long since intermingled with the good aligned fey. Adir himself doesn't but carries the blood in his veins.

CharacterSheet

stats: 4d6 ⇒ (4, 5, 2, 5) = 16

stats: 4d6 ⇒ (4, 3, 6, 2) = 15
stats: 4d6 ⇒ (6, 5, 3, 4) = 18
stats: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 2, 5, 5) = 14

---rerolls---

stats: 2d6 ⇒ (2, 3) = 5
stats: 2d6 ⇒ (1, 3) = 4
stats: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 4) = 13

stats: 2d6 ⇒ (2, 3) = 5
stats: 6d6 ⇒ (5, 2, 1, 2, 1, 3) = 14

final stats

14,13,16, 13, 15, 15

Not sure what i'm playing but im interested in seafaring and old settings. Good stats, might make a Monk with stats of that kin

Ha! short sword...I'm more imagining a hobbit with Glamdring

Not a problem, my google fu is strong. Im looking through ideas still, 15 point buy isn't ideal for my not liking dumpstats self but I'll work around it

Might go ranger just to have more to do that just fighting.

glad i could help, Im drawing up an idea for a Halfing Fighter.

I just got done watching The Hobbit and the idea of a trained halfing swinging a sword popped into my head

Mara: The run-down township

Windlass Hill: A tiny trading post community built around the block-and-tackle equipment used for hauling wagons up a very steep hill along the Long Road. The equipment is used for a small fee, much like you might pay for a ferry to cross a body of water.

Tanglebrier Forest: This forest is the primeval heart of the Greenwold. Long ago it was the center of an elven empire — until they brought a great curse down upon themselves. The exact nature of the crime and the curse is long forgotten, and the details change from bard to bard. What is indisputable is that the empire is now reduced to a few scattered ruins, and the Tanglebrier is overrun by evil creatures. Few who venture into the forest's depths are ever heard from again.

Tanglebrier Borderland Settlements: Some elven descendants of the original empire still dwell on the less dangerous fringes of the forest, embittered by their loss and locked in frequent conflict with the human settlements which have begun to gnaw at the forest's edges to feed themselves.

Crosswell: The Located on the most important crossroad in the Greenwold, the village of Crosswell grew to it's current size through the altruism of a holy order of monks and priests. The town is built around an abbey, and focuses on providing healing and aid to the many travelers who pass through. The Abbot of Crosswell Abbey is the de facto leader of the town, but faces continual challenges to his subdued style of leadership by the aggressive merchant interests that seek to profit from the crossroads.

Grayhaven: The largest city of the Greenwold, a hub of travel and commerce.

I just copied and pasted, not any trouble at all

I found a small amount about the setting in googling some of the city names but didn't find much. i can share what i did find if anyone's interested

sweet, interested then. with all the options it's understandable to want to limit things a little, less tracking and management

Dotting for interest

though i do have a question. When you say Class archetype variants, do you mean all or just from the Crb and Apg?

Decided my build, he's an Arcane archer build, starting as an archer fighter, moving to wizard. With a primary focus on Conjuration and creative arrow use

Ciro Aldrich Kaddren. He now goes almost solely by Ciro Aldrich and really doesn't tell people about his noble heritage, though there are a few people who know it's not exactly something that can easily be seen. That's generally due to his nature as a ruins explorer, nature lover and free spirit

Race : Human

because Campaign trait: Alabaster Outcast

He's from house Kaddren, had a falling out with the family for his refusal to go to a magical school, preferring instead to learn magic at his own pace.

15 pt buy is a bit rough but i should be able to make it work. I'll probably have an official consolidated post together in a day or so. This is just a summary idea

dotting

mainly Imbue arrows yeah, i didn't really see much in Arcane archer that warranted having more levels. but if there are i'm happy to listen

I suppose debuffing and summoning or something yeah

Well... In general the idea of the character is that he's someone who studies and uses magic to counter mages, magic and magical beings.

what kind of specifics are needed?

So to start i'm building an Arcane archer using the Prestige class specifically.

Mostly for Imbue arrows and Antimagic field, and just general magicky arrow stuff

as the moment it's not for any game, it's just am idea i'm working on. I tend operate on a 20 point buy, that seems to be a standard.

Race is undecided

My class levels i'm thinking this is what seems good, but i'm open to changing them around.

1 fighter / 17 wizard / 2 Arcane Archer

My idea is to use the Teleportation school, and have conjuration as a secondary section of things

I haven't look at Archetypes for either yet

Question GM

Does the nature oracles Bonded mount class feature qualify for the monstrous mount feat? theres some debate but generally people say ask your gm

It doesn't look like they actually interact (i.e. intelligent camels and horses aren't among the monsters listed in the description of Monstrous Mount). Was there something specific your PC was planning on riding?

Specifically i was just planning on picking up a Hippogriff or a griffin. it's not a big deal though, i can respec for a druid or something to the same effect

best of luck to everyone

Honestly thats my opinion. Most of my builds have at minimum 14 con. Especially if your a Spellcaster. Because in combat if your fighting anything intelligent, it should know the most dangerous person on the field is the Caster

dotting, Naturey characters are my jam. and i've always wanted to join in a kingmaker game

Nature oracle definitely

Question GM

Does the nature oracles Bonded mount class feature qualify for the monstrous mount feat? theres some debate but generally people say ask your gm

Thanks for the spot Gm, misplaced some numbers. I'll fix that asap. if you or the current pc's have any questions or concern just give me an ask

i'll have mine up before tonight, just finishing up

I like the Arrowsong ministrel bard personally. Its sub optimal but a cool idea

i'll draw something up and be back with an idea shortly. going to looking over curse of the crimson throne. never played it before. probably going to draw up some kind of Arcane blaster type. that sounds like what's needed.

Idea so far would be Love Lost

-With his pc connection being he's been Looking for the part purposefully. seeing as he's hunting Gaedren Lamm, and is looking for others who pursue him with his goal purely being Gaedrens death at any cost.

He's a former member of the Church of Sarenrae, he left after his love died to pursue vengeance

Thanks everyone, i think i have enough to work with.

my only concern is Ranged builds require a lot of feats typically and that would be tacking more onto it

So, i have a dream, to make a team of non evil aligned Kobolds for fun.

And well, one of them i kind of want to have a gun. So after some looking i decided maybe the following.

1) Gunslinger Inquistor. how far in gunslinger should i go? Is there any features i should focus on getting specifically

Any advice with this would be nice, other than why kobolds of course. I understand how horrible they are

Male Tiefling (Qlippoth spawn) Oracle Level 4 /Bloodrager Level 1 | 23/43 hp | AC: 20(Shield spell / 24) / T: 11 / FF: 19 (23) | Uncanny Dodge / Resist: 5 Cold,Fire, Electricity | Fort: +6, Ref: +2, Will: +3 | CMB: +8, CMD: 19| Init: +5, Perception: +4, Darkvision

Still here too

Personally, might sound weird but i prefer players be in essence standardized. So that no one feels useless, or one player doesnt completely dominate game play which can ruin the experience. I think thats a trap powergaming can lead to more easily which is why it's judged so harshly, if you're going to, make sure you do it well and don't make the game unfun for the table.

Thats just what I've found anyway

Character sheet

Level 3 Planiar Kobold Bloodrager With the Half Dragon Template.... Yes he's a strength Build, what about it...

Background:

Concept

1) Tak is the son of a Female Blue dragon (Freya) and the Kobold head of his tribe (Kobold Sorcerer named Thask). He was raised and Trained from a young age to be a "Dragon Disciple" but his training was cut short when a group of mercenary adventurers (Chaotic Good) killed his entire tribe and his mother.

2) Due to his Training being cut short Tak... never quite learned to fully control his rage and occasionally loses control, much to his disappointment. As an Honorable lizard...Kobold...Dragon man he feels he has a certain level of honor to uphold and losing control defeats that.

3) Tak, despite looking like a short wall of walking angry muscle, isnt dumb. He studies and thinks a lot more than given credit for. He meditates and hones his mind and trains daily, mostly because he has few hobbies or really no concept of "Fun or goofing off"

Secrets

1) Tak Often refers to Bringing the Mercenaries who killed his clan. when doing so he says he will bring them to justice...By justice he means to kill them, though he never says kill directly.

2) Tak's mother, the Dragon was terrorizing local villages, though he doesn't know that, nor does he believe the stories he's heard of such things

Contacts

1)Tak doesn't have very many contacts, but he is well known among guardsman for assisting when needed, often free of charge.

Goal

1)Tak will generally assist any other party members goals, so long as they assist him in turn.

2) Tak wishes to bring the mercenaries to justice as well as establish order and control among Kobolds so they can become a more civilized race

Fear

1) Tak is afraid of Bugs and Insects, a deeply fearful reminder of his clans rotting corpses and the bug and flies around them.

Positive Trait and Flaw

Positive) Tak Helps people free of charge and if they need it with no expectation of reward.

Flaw) Tak isnt the epitome of joy and kindness on first look. He can be grumpy, or just too quiet. He's not a socialite really

Appearance and Personality

Tak is Large (For being a short guy) Being more muscle than anything else. He's an Azure scaled Kobold with Long horns and Gold eyes.

He's somewhat grumpy, gruff but also Honorable and a generally good guy.

Should be everything for my submission, still buying some equipment

So im going Sylvan sorcerer and Eldritch heritage arcane. getting both a familiar and animal companion.

For now however just picking an NPC class

Kryas Azrin

Half elf around age 13

he used to live in the village, but word has it he disappeared a while ago, he came back just recently.

Thats my general idea around my character so far

Personally im okay posting here

Kobold Bloodrager, dragon blooded aiming for Dragon disciple.

His names Tak Starscale, Purple scaled Kobold.

Special technique, he gets real buff.... i thought the idea was funny so i made an entire build around making a buff Kobold.

Just gonna use the 25 point buy

i'll have more in a day or so

Fey bloodline (Sylvan) and then invest in the feat chain for familiars? Eldritch Heritage yourself into Arcane? Or take the archetype that gives you two bloodlines. :)

First one was right, good guess, Going either half elf or human.

General idea is he was taken by fey as a kid and has recently returned/escaped

Since we're throwing ideas out for characters. Im considering some kind of wizard or sorcerer, gonna find a way to get an animal companion and familiar. Then specialize in enchantment magic.

Super interested, fairies and fey are my jam.

already have a vague character idea

Magicblast's idea i like as well, either that or the Doggo

Scipio le Valiere Neutral Good

half elf

Bard

As a traveling merchant, he's here in attempt to find a way to discreetly weaken the consortium. As he feels they as a whole need to be destroyed. He's a good guy, kind and helpful, but cunning and all too willing to do whatever it takes to take down those who abuse power or the weak.

A character secret:

He's a little known figure that has taken the title the Prince of Thieves

i'm interested either way, but definitely more so if it continues to Crown of the Kobold King

interest dot

interested, ive played in planescape a little via Planescape torment. and i do like the base idea behind it.

Eko, negative traits, cause Neutral good:

1) He's secretive. He tends to keep secrets for what he believes to be the greater good. And will in fact do whatever it takes to assure the greater good

2) Eko can be Naive, he wants to see the good i'm people so he might just go looking for it even if its not there.

3) Hes often interferes in problems and such even if he shouldn't get involved. in his own words "My honor will not allow me to stand idly by"

Still Working on the Actual stats but This should be everything Rp wise which seems to be the more important aspect.

The Class i went with was Hunter, Race Grippli

Animal Companion/Mount: Bubbles the Hippo.

Build is going to be an Archer, likely mounted. and eventually if it goes that far into Mammoth rider.

The campaign Trait was Boarded in the Mwangi Expanse. As it's where Eko is from.

Background:

Concept and Background

1) Eko fancies himself a knight, he follows a code of chivalry and everything. He grew up on stories of heroes and took to tales of things like Mammoth riders and paladins. So he seeks to emulate that, doing so with his Faithful Companion Bubbles.

2) He rescued Bubbles from a animal fighting arena. The two have been inseparable ever since, training and working as a team. Bubbles tends to charge into combat alongside her master.

3) He follows the Tenets of Sarenrae as a knight would even if it grants him no benefits.

4) Eko Wears his armor and helmet when around others to obscure his race and appearance, not out of shame but to make himself look bigger and more intimidating toward enemies as well as making a point that race matters little, all that matters are your deeds and heart.

5) Despite this being his first real outing, he rarely shows fear. Though he is not without fear, his greatest fear is Mind control. Being unable to control his body and having evil done with it.

6) Eko tries to always be prepared for any eventuality, as such he learned to craft weapons and armor, though he is still a beginner he practices frequently as a hobby.

Goals

1) As of right now, he wishes to Investigate and discover the secret Sargava, believing there to be great evil for him to defeat in the region.

2) in the long term, As arrogant as it may seem, Eko wishes to become the worlds greatest hero And firmly believes he can accomplish this.

Secrets

1)Eko was evicted from his tribe for trouble making .I.E. the hippo, Revenge seeking bandits, ect.

2) Eko doesn't know Ruue is following him, he doesn't even realize that theres a grudge held.

Loyalties

1) The Tribe shaman, he was against evicting Eko due to how much protection and good connections he actually brought the tribe.

2) Sasha Nevah - He met her aboard the Ship, Seeing her somber Demeanor he worked nearly the entire time to try and cheer her up. Only to find its slowly working

3) Ruue Treeskipper- A Former member of his tribe that was caught stealing from the tribe. Eko turned him in getting him evicted. he holds a serious grudge.

Memories

1) "I AM HONOR!!" I shouted Riding down the streets astride Bubbles who stampeded past the civilians. i launched myself off, past the thief who had just robbed the man i would come to know as Captain Kovack. I tackled the man and flung the bad of coin back to the captain. This lead to myself and Bubbles being given free passage aboard his ship

2) I spotted one of my tribe mates, Ruue. In the food stores... He wasn't suppose to be on supply duty today. As i approached i saw him bagging up packs of food, i didn't want to tell, but duty demanded it. The tribe needed that food, he didn't seem very remorseful about his actions. ive always had a way with reading people.

3) I boarded the boat, seeing the women whom i would come to see as a friend, Sasha. She looked somewhat glum, i approached, telling her stories of my youth, not serious tales, but rather childhood stories. We drank and as time pasted began all manner of activities from sparring to drinking contests .

4) "I'm sorry Eko, you've brought this tribe much Trouble, even if unintentional. we have to ask you to leave child. For the tribes safety" I nodded, it was saddening having to leave, but i understood why. i collected ,my things and left without complaint. my parents had passed when i was young, and i had few friends besides Bubbles.

Appearance and Personality:

Eko is a kind and Just Frog Man. he has more muscle than most and is rather patient with people. Though he seems reckless at times, his moves are more thought out than people think.

Eko Picture, No Armor

interaction:

Eko settled as the ship set sail, still sporting a helm. he kept out of the crews way, though he noticed one particular passenger like himself, somber. he approached, speaking in his normal fashion What seems to be the problem, fair maiden? She didn't respond, only looked at him as he sat down. Eko kept pushing, in a usual goofy fashion, until they both began laughing for seemingly no reason

i'll have all my stuff up today after work, been a tad busy.
