It's been waaaaay too quiet on the news front. A starter box is all I am aware of so far. Any thing else announced? Thanks.

Howdy. As a subscriber it looks like I will be getting the first installment this week. Does that mean we will also be seeing the player's guide this week as well? Thanks.

Hi. Just like the title says, what would be a good alchemist build be for this AP. Advice appreciated. Thanks.

Hi. I've heard this is a tougher AP than most so I'm wondering how viable gestalt might be for my players. Has anyone run an AP with 4 gestalt players, and if so what was the experience like at higher levels?

Any advice or shared experiences are welcome. I'm still debating if I want to allow gestalt or not and your thoughts can help.

Thanks.

That's a deep quote from the Mummy. Well done.

Just wondering when we might see it. Thanks.

Hi, my group is getting ready to kick off this AP but I'm looking for some thematically appropriate healer class ideas. Normal clerics are boring to me as they rarely get to do anything other than spam heal in our games. The big thing is I want it to be fun and feel right for the setting.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, I really enjoy 4th edition's take on the Artificer. Building gadgets and little robots are exactly what I'm looking for in a Pathfinder compatible class, but does it exist?

Thanks for any help and/or recommendations.

Howdy. I'm just curious to see what people are playing as a group. Thanks.

This is a weird iconic.

I hope you introduce an entirely different kind of "axe" for this class. And if not, why not?

Howdy. As one of many poor sods not capable of attending Paizocon I thought I'd start a thread for any news rolling out of Paizocon people there are kind enough to share.

Thanks.

Hi, I'm wondering if Gestalt for a party of five would be too much of a pain for the MM AP. I've been toying with the idea of it but I'm concerned it might be over bearing. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

I have a question. Is Wati meant to be a base of operations for the PCs? It seems like they will be here a lot. Also, one of my players wants to make a move on Sebti. Does she feature prominently in future installments in any way that would prohibit me from allowing that relationship?

Thanks.

Hi. I'm wondering what thoughts any of you might have about the Sand Shaper from the Sandstorm book being open to priests. Would this be too unbalancing?

Thanks.

I am so freakin' stoked for this AP. Does anyone have a ballpark ETA on when we'll the Player's Guide?

Hello all. I'm looking to build a party of Halloween themed characters for a short game I'm running this weekend. Witch is a given, as is the voodoo Oracle theme, but what other class/race combos would be fun? For example, is their a way to build a jack o' lantern type character? Plant-based creature? Is their a way to make this an alchemist who throws pumpkin bombs? What about bat themed or something else iconic to this Holiday?

any help is appreciated. Thanks.

With a 25 point build per character and 5 characters total, we completed it. Hats off to Amber for an amazing finish that gave my players a very memorable session. If anyone has questions feel free to ask but I ran the adventure with very little modification other than compensating for higher builds and additional player.

Hi. Just like it says, I'm wondering if their is an ideal demon killing build any of you might recommend. Thanks.

Ok, I'm thinking flavor-wise it might be cool to play a holy assassin in this AP. Ninja would be the preferred choice to build from but a mix of something else isn't out of the question. The goal here would be something with some sort of link to a church and if possible add in some holy power.

Thoughts?

Questions to the powers that be; will a party of five, using the mythic rules in this AP, throw the adventure too far out of whack? How should I compensate for an additional character?

Thanks.

Hi, I have built a large construct race that cost exactly 30 points. How many levels should that be equivalent to? Also, if I took it to 40 points how many levels should that equate to? The party is currently level 3 but will be level 4 soon.

Thanks.

Hi. I'm looking to create a new race of draconic people for a game I'm about to run but I'm having some trouble getting the point cost numbers just right for the character builder in ARG. Here's what I would like:

1. tail (possibly prehensile or slam attack, not sure if spikes could be added or not)
2. draconic
3. wings
4. large, although for cost purposes medium could work
5. Strong (this is predominantly a warrior culture)
6. Breath weapon
7. armored hide

I understand I will eat a level or two with this creature but my problem is my numbers keep coming out waaay too high. This is my first attempt at using the race builder. My hope is one of you is a whiz at this sort of thing and can suggest a solid build but points manageable build that eats up two levels or less.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Awesome. Fun fact: only the males are poisonous. If it's a male she's holding then she's holding it the wrong way. They have poison spurs in their back feet.

Isn't it "All groups assume attack formation"?

Hi. I've been looking for any new product announcements from Paizo at Gen Con but I've only seen the Mythic announcement. Was their anything else mentioned? Thanks.

Doctor Zoidberg! Oh wait...

Just wanted to let the good folks of Paizoville know that I ran up to the start of investigation and it's been really solid. I haven't had to alter anything from the adventure at all and my players were eating it up. So far I give it a big thumbs up! If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Wow, I think this is the most posting I have done on this message board in one day ever. Anywho, I have a human character I will be making up for a friend's game who will be an alchemist. I want him to be like Robert Downey Jr's Sherlock Holmes but turn in to Hulk when he drinks his formula. Obviously alchemist is the way I am going and Master Chymist is a given but what would you guys recommend for things like feats, archtypes, magic items, etc. to make him the strongest there is?

For example, is Ragechemist all that useful at level 14? Etc.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Howdy. So yesterday me and the lads were playing Kingmaker and it occurred to me, thanks to the new races book, that I wanted a way to buy additional racial traits with feats but as far as I can tell no such option exists. Is it too unbalancing? Just wondering if there is a definitive answer to this.

Thanks.

I'm a huge fan of gadgets like collapsible ladders or folding grappling hooks. Snorkels, boots with hidden compartments in the heal, vests with secret pockets hidden in the lining, spring loaded net or rope launchers, stuff like that.

Hi all. We know the adventure path got pushed back and it sounds like we will see it in April, but was there a date given? Just trying to budget accordingly.

Thanks.

I liked it, but can we agree she'd be much better off with a honey badger?

Howdy. I'm looking for some advice on how to add a Pathfinder dragon to my existing party and if memory serves, there were some rules to cover just such a thing but I can't find them. I seem to recall it was something about their challenge rating divided by pi or some such thing. I have the old Dragon magazines that give level conversions but those are limited to playing juveniles for the most part. We have a party sitting at level 14, soon to be 15.

Any help with this is much appreciated. Thanks.

So far I'm loving the the Summoner but I want to know more about the Eidolons themselves. Where exactly do they come from? Why would they serve a Summoner at all? What are their motivations? By the numbers they seem somewhat intelligent. I know that it could be argued away that all of my questions can be answered by the golden rule but I'm hoping that there will be a little more info on them and how they fit in to the grand scheme of things.

Just my 2¢. Thanks.

Le bump.
