A few more volunteers so far this weekend. We've almost filled Gen Con 2012! Anyone wanting to volunteer needs to get their name in fairly quickly. Once all spots are filled, I will start a waiting list for those still interested in helping out. To be clear, I do have a few Tier 1 spots left but only a handful. Thanks to all the volunteers who have stepped up thus far.

I also wanted to advise that all Beginner Box and Kids Track sessions have been filled. When volunteering, please do not volunteer for any of these unless you wish to be a back up GM and Tier 1 volunteer. I'm filling overfill GM spots with anyone who volunteers for 8-10 slots. I only assign 7 games max to anyone and any slots volunteered above that are as an overfill, back up GM.

Michael Brock wrote:After going through the emails from this weekend, there are only 43 spots open.Just curious here. 43 'spots' as in 43 GM still needed, or 43 'spots' as in just 43 tables left for a GM?
707 tables have been filled and 43 tables are left to fill with GMs. So, a possible 6 Tier 1 GMs (or a mix of Tier 2, 3 and 4) would almost finish out the schedule.

Slots 8, 9 and 10 are looking for some Tier 4 GMs or even a GM that just wants to run 1 or 2 games. They need some one who will care for them, love them, feed them, and treat them special. If you have just four hours of your time to give, please keep these lonely and frightened games in mind. Thanks.
**Cut away to poor, wet scenarios, that are in disarray and pages are falling into pieces.**
Luckily, I did find new owners for the rest of Slots 5 and 6.
**Cut away to scenarios smiling, leaping through a field of tulips with the sun shining brightly**

So this is the Problem, GMs like Kyle put all there care, love, feeding and treating them special towards the scenarios and they have none left over for the PCs!
All the PCs get from GMs like Kyle, is Hatred, Bile and Death... Lots of Death...

Once Gen Con finishes inputing all the events I entered into their Database onto their registration system, I will be allotted the badges. Once I receive them, I will start assigning them to people's accounts. My goal is to have badges to people by May 1 at the latest since event registration is May 20.

You should have a notification from Gen Con in the email account associated with your Gen Con account that you provided to me.
I've already confirmed with others that they received. Please check your Gen Con account and see if the badge is there.

It is my understanding we (Paizo) will be picking up all of our GM badges on Tuesday or Wednseday. For VCs attending the VC Dinner, they will receive their badges then. For the rest of our GMs, they will receive their badges when they check in at PFS HQ.
What time will PFS headquarters be open? Just trying to get knowledge, so can plan.

A few of questions. First, will I be able use generic tickets for the Gencon exclusives Friday and Saturday night? Or should I register at the con? Do you have to play both parts? or are they separate events? (I admit I'm not caught up on what's going on.) and finally, I collect the Gencon pathfinder buttons, will there be some available for GM's? I will be busy running mods to get to the dealer hall to get mine :(
If there are separate threads for these questions I apologize in advance.

Stupid question alert: Do I need to purchase the scenarios I'm scheduled to run, or is this similar to the Venture Captain providing for his GMs thing?
Paizo will give you the Scenarios you need for GMing. They will add them to your Downloads page.

Hey, I'm glad I asked; saved me $10! :D
