Cut and paste this link. It will take you to the case content thread. Or just scroll down to the bottom of this page and look for the link that says Pathfinder Battles Case Content Experience. I don't know why I can't get the html to work for the link. [New to this]

Everything in H&M and revealed in this post was generically enough named or pulled from mythology that they didn't hit stuff that had been made up by D&D over the last thirtyish years. Glabrezou, not so much...Is there any particular reason you are calling the demon a "Treachery Demon" instead of a "Glabrezu Demon?"
Not that it matters much; the mini will look the same. I'm just curious.

In the future, when access to home 3d printing is commonplace, some form of OGL for minis would be awesome. Imagine case subscribers getting (delayed until after manufacturer sellout?) access to 3d models in the same way they currently get PDFs. You'd be able to do your own (limited) resculpts, swap weapons and do your own paint jobs!

Like this, but replace the parentheses with square brackets:

I'm a little worried about the sizes based on this preview.
The bugbear seems to be pushing the extreme upper edge of medium.
The harpy's body seems to be pushing the extreme lower edge of medium.
Although I do like the bugbear's proportions, I agree that the harpy seems a little small and scrawny. What concerns me more is the Young Red Dragon. That is a very, very small dragon on a large base. Especially compared to the DDM large red dragons, this guy is going to appear very small.
I really liked DDM's sculpts of large creatures as most had bulky muscle masses. The PFB Frost Giant is scrawy and somewhat pitiful looking when placed next to a DDM Frost Giant. The comparision is even worse when you place the PFB Chimera next to the DDM Chimera.
I know it can take some time to fine tune the scale and appearance process, but with minis like the red dragon, chimera and frost giant I am beginning to wonder if the economics of keeping down the amount of plastic used per figure is affecting this process?

I'm thinking of learning how to re-base minis because the Dire Rat and Ettin both look to me like they belong on a larger base. There aren't any that look to me like they belong on a smaller base. The ettin in particular is very strong evidence contradicting your hypothesis.
Whether "bulky muscle masses" are more attractive in a particular sculpture is a matter of aesthetic sense, and the kind of person who would make sculpts for a living is one that I'd automatically expect to have strong personal opinions on matters of aesthetic sense. No need to look further than that.

Nice miniatures! The treachery demon is a Must-Have; a very different looking glabrezeu, indeed! Excellent facial sculpt on the young red dragon, though I hope the belly is painted somewhat darker in the final version; the cream color is just too light, imho. The bugbear is very cool; I hope there is at least one more in the set.

1. Bugbear is amazing.
2. Red looks a lot like the Dragoneye red (which is not a bad thing).
3. Treachery demon is also a strong piece.
Very, very nice. The first three adventures in Rise are some of my favorite mods ever. Hardback is a no-brainer. Still not ready to sign up for a case of these guys, but the temptation is growing.

My question is how many sets per year is Paizo intending to release? 2? 3? 4?
The number of releases per year is largely up to WizKids. They haven't determined a long-term answer to that question yet; it'll come over time, and be based partly on the success of prior sets, and partly on the fact that it takes a lot of time to make a set.
