Ebiten - you can attack from the inside. If you manage to do 10 damage from a single attack, you can cut yourself free.
Everyone else - One of you can spend 3 actions doing Slashing/Piercing Damage to the pot to cut Ebiten out.
So Ebiten has 3 actions to try to self-rescue. If he does not succeed, he will be sickened 1 and have 5 rounds of air remaining. One of you can take 3 actions to cut him out of the jar. If Ebiten manages to do 10 points of damage with a single attack then he self rescues and the combat is over (he will not be sickened 1).
EDIT -- I just realized the Fort Save should be made after the turn :)
