That is a very generous outcome, thank you.
The cleric lays still for a second until the footfalls fade, then heals up the group.
He looks juuuust a little bit concerned and suggests, ”With two of our allies already fled, perhaps we should go take a moment of rest and discuss the remainder of the mission.”

The adventure assumes four level 2 characters for the second site. As we have three level 1 and only one level 2, I think we should seriously discuss if we want to continue (in the Discussion thread).
After the fighter is healed back up, he goes: ”Ouch. That hurt... a lot. Where is this dangerous monster? How did we survive? We should get to safety before deciding if we should proceed, and if we do, how exactly.”

Receiving the report of a highly dangerous creature within the ruined estate, the Society has chosen to pull you back from the mission in order to prevent further harm and casualties among its agents, and to re-evaluate the threat level of the necropolis. Though the mission could not be completed as planned, your bravery in facing the adherer is acknowledged, and each of you receives a respectable paycheck for your efforts and courage.
For now, the venture-captain has more than just the dangers of the tomb to consider—there are also matters of discipline to address, as agents walking away from a mission can imperil the whole team. Still, your names will not be forgotten, and your attempt will be marked down in the chronicles of the Pathfinder Society as a testament to courage in the face of overwhelming odds.
The End
Thank you all for playing! I know this isn’t the ending we were hoping for, but as Dr. House once said, “There is no dignity in dying.” What matters is that we learn, improve, and live to fight another day.
