Suryo Lestari
Obvious first idea is that we send the 2nd fire elemental in after Ordulf and descend upon him while he's busy with that. Suryo will hunt prey and focus on doom'ing Ordulf to Slay him.
Huang Yujin
Yujin then uses her magic on the gem, causing it to shatter and the fire elemental—a vaguely humanoid form made of pure lava—to become freed. The Huge elemental nods in thanks at the oracle, then turns around and rushes to the greater part of Crownhold, causing clear chaos in its wake.
Yujin closes her eyes and revels in the sounds of men dying upstairs. She finds it almost peaceful.
…all eight are asleep! So, the group decides to do what they did before and purloin the group’s equipment into the spacious pouch and lock them inside.
Yujin quietly sighs. She would have enjoyed slitting their throats. Another time perhaps.
Yujin will activate one use of invisibility from her greater invisibility armor and take a peek up the two sets of stairs in the entrance room that they are in. She is not going to search the rooms or engage any enemies. She just wants to see if the rooms are occupied then come straight back down.
Ajoran Livara
Ajoran runs a quick check over his equipment and his body. If a few devoted guards could come close to laying him flat, their mark could very well cleave his head from his shoulders. No need to be reckless and ruin things now.
"Yujin." he says, running a hand over his shoulder. "Do you have spare magic to mend a lingering wound of mine? A spell of the third tier is likely enough."
I'm assuming that being master in Medicine and Religion would allow Ajoran to have a solid idea of what level of magic it would take to heal him close to full. Let me know if that's too meta.
GM Xavier Kahlvet
Um…you should be at full HP, Ajoran; Janna has Continual Recovery and Ward Medic; I very much made sure that she put everyone at full HP before y’all continued exploring.
GM Xavier Kahlvet
Alright, I’m gonna assume that Janna, Suryo, and Ajoran take the energy mutagens (not Yujin, since she already has a pretty sizable resistance to fire). Likewise, I’m gonna assume that Janna and Yujin hide in the restrooms to the north (keeping the doors ajar so they can go through them without an action), Suryo hides on the other side of the ambush entrance, and Ajoran uses shroud of the mantis to hide invisibly right next to the lever that opens the ambush entrance.
Minutes: 1d10 ⇒ 9
It is not very long before the man of the hour arrives: Ordulf Bladecaller, wielding his greataxe, strides in from the kokogiak room. The Red Mantis assassins wait until he is a decent ways in the middle of the room…
Ajoran Exploit Vulnerability: 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (13) + 25 = 38 You can apply your personal antithesis.
And Ajoran gives the signal as he leverages his body to shove down the lever, causing the southern block of wall to suddenly drop! Based on what’s written here, I’m going to say that knowingly throwing down that lever to grant access to Suryo is indirectly harming Ordulf, which would end the invisibility. I’ll say that that’s Athletics for initiative, since you diiid kinda give away your stealth with becoming visible.
Janna Stealth: 1d20 + 26 ⇒ (7) + 26 = 33
Suryo Stealth; heroism: 1d20 + 27 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 27 + 2 = 30
Yujin Stealth: 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (12) + 25 = 37
Ordulf Bladecaller: 1d20 + 28 ⇒ (12) + 28 = 40
Ordulf begins to shout something at Ajoran when suddenly his eyes shift to the north, toward Yujin’s hiding spot since her initiative check didn’t get higher than his Perception DC, he sees her. He catches enough of a glimpse of a fishing rod—one he knows very well—and his eyes practically glow with murder! ”HANDS OFF THAT FISHING POLE!!!”

Suryo attacks Ordulf, and slices deep into the warlord thanks to Janna’s cryptic words! Crit, only because of Recall the Teachings. You actually forgot the +2 from heroism, but you get the idea.
Suryo slices his blade deep into Ordulf’s side in a clearly-lethal blow! But at that same moment, a bright flash of light emits from Ordulf’s eyes as he shoves Suryo off of him! Ordulf’s wounds are all suddenly healed, but they’re immediately scar over, with Suryo’s “death blow” being the most prominent of the scars. His physique, though, is more gaunt. Ordulf is immediately healed 150 HP and increases his doomed value by 1.

Yujin delays until after Janna.
”Looks like the writing is on the wall. Your allies know you are doomed. Accept your fate.”
Yujin attempts to demoralize Ordulf.
Demoralize: 1d20 + 27 ⇒ (15) + 27 = 42
If Ordulf is demoralized, her terrifying resistance will apply to saves against his abilities.
Then Yujin conjures a cloud of foul, blood-sucking fog engulfing the stairs and Ordulf. She casts Sanguine Mist (Level 5).
Negative Energy Damage: 8d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 2, 4, 1, 2, 6, 4) = 28 Basic Fort DC 33
Yujin doesn’t use the most powerful version of her spell. The goal is to force Ordulf to spend an action to move out of the area rather than trap him inside it. The cloud gives concealment. I delayed until after Janna so that Ordulf wouldn’t be concealed against Yujin’s allies’ attacks.
If Ordulf stays in the cloud, he’ll take another 3d6 negative energy damage, basic Fort DC 33 and Yujin gains temporary hit points equal to half the damage dealt.
Then Yujin uses Fortell Harm against Ordulf. ”The longer you stay in my fog, the stronger I get. You can flee but you can’t escape. It will cling to you no matter what you do.” As she speaks, her body ignites in flames making her look even more terrifying.
At the start of Ordulf’s turn he will take 10 more negative energy damage. This ability activates Yujin’s oracular curse, Curse of Engulfing Flames, and she gains persistent fire 1.

Suryo scowls when Ordulf simply "reverts" from the death that he was headed to. The wayang is feeling a little more confident now.
Don't be stubborn about it. We're all doing too much work to arrive at the inevitable conclusion.

You channel your zeal through a sacred weapon, bringing a foe closer to their demise. Strike a target with the required weapon. On a success, the target becomes doomed 1 or increases the value of their doomed condition by 1 (most living creatures die when they’ve reached doomed 4). Creatures doomed in this way take a status penalty to their saving throws against divine spells equal to their doomed value.
A creature that would become doomed 4 by this Strike can attempt a Will saving throw against your class DC to avoid increasing the value of their doomed condition. When this occurs, this ability gains the incapacitation trait.
◇ Debilitating Strike: enfeebled 1

DON’T IGNORE THE SPOILER AT THE END OF THIS POST!
The technical order of operations is that the elemental’s turn happens when you Sustain it, so it technically goes first.
The elemental winds up and sends a punch straight at the head of Ordulf Bladecaller! The magma that forms the elemental’s body coating Ordulf’s face in vicious third-degree burns! And just as it seems Ordulf is to fall, his eyes glow brightly once more, causing his body to become more haunted as his wounds scar, leaving his face covered in a nasty burn scar! Ordulf is healed 150 HP and his doomed condition increases by 1.
Adjusting Suryo’s turn to replace the Strike with a Stride. Also, Zealous Inevitability MUST be with your deity’s favored weapon, so no electricity damage on that attack.
Suryo advances at Ordulf and slashes at him!
Ordulf Will; sickened 2, Storm flash: 1d20 + 28 - 2 - 1 ⇒ (9) + 28 - 2 - 1 = 34 Success —> Critical Success (incapacitation)
Ajoran moves forward and slices at Ordulf! Crit; personal antithesis doesn’t double.
This causes Suryo to backstab him…
↻ Suryo Opportune Backstab with storm flash vs Ordulf OG w/sickened 2; heroism: 1d20 + 27 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 27 + 2 = 35
Piercing Damage; Sneak Attack, enfeebled 1: 3d6 + 3 + 3d6 - 1 ⇒ (3, 2, 1) + 3 + (3, 2, 6) - 1 = 19 Electricity Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 4 Fire Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 4
and Ajoran to further ↻ backstab him in kind! MAP would apply, but it’s still a solid hit. +3 damage from twin.
Janna tries, and fails, to cast a spell.
Yujin summons forth lifedraining mist on Ordulf!
Ordulf basic Fort; Zealous Inevitability: 1d20 + 30 - 3 ⇒ (14) + 30 - 3 = 41
Then Yujin takes 1 Fire damage.
It is at this point that the veterans and warpriest all turn heel and continue up the stairs, which draws Ordulf’s anger!
”What do you cowards think you are doing?! Deserting your general?! Stand and fight!”
It is only the warpriest who stops long enough to respond. ”’Cowards flee, warriors retreat.’ We are living to battle another day, and refusing to throw our lives away in a suicide mission, ’General!’”
The warpriest’s final words linger as she continues to run from her former superior’s side. Ordulf is left speechless—at least for the briefest of moments.
”GGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!”
The warlord howls in sheer rage, his voice shattering in an attempt to shout louder than is physiologically healthy.
And then he suddenly keels over. He falls to the ground as his voice falls as well. He slumps to the ground as blood starts streaming from his eyes—he just died of a ruptured blood vessel. Died to the Foretell Harm, Not exactly the correct flavoring of void damage, but it came from SANGUINE mist, so I found it appropriate.
Pulling back the curtain: we are still in encounter mode, but your characters don’t know that yet. I need to know what y’all do in the 3 rounds following Ordulf’s death; beating in mind that in non-combat situations, people usually only take one action per turn so as to not strain themselves.
That said, I’m also assuming Yujin’s answer is “start to Refocus so I’m not taking continual fire damage.” And that Suryo ceases to Sustain the elemental to avoid THAT potentially-continual damage.

Huang Yujin
That said, I’m also assuming Yujin’s answer is “start to Refocus so I’m not taking continual fire damage.”
Typically yes, but I don't like trying to rest while enemies are nearby and aware of our presence. With the other Gorumites right up the stairs, Yujin will want to wait until we are in a more secure location. She can endure a few points of fire damage. I am not using out-of-character knowing to modify my character's behavior.
Round 1
Yujin will walk over to where the animated axe fell and pick it up. She says, "Someone grab what we came for. It's time to go!"
During each of the three rounds, she'll sustain her sanguine mist to keep the soldiers away.
Round 2
Trusting her sanguine mist to block the western stairway, Yujin casts Wall of Flesh to block the eastern stairway.
If it matters, I'll go with "Mouths" version.
Round 3
Yujin moves towards the lever to drop open the front entrance. "Once the door opens, let's make a break for it. There is still a stronghold full of Gorumites who may yet seek vengeance upon us."
Rolling Gorum Lore with Clever Improviser.
Gorum Lore DC 20: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (8) + 15 = 23
Yujin recognizes the screams as that of the valkyries coming to claim Ordulf's soul. "Valkyries... she mutters and wonders why she can she Ordulf's soul at all.
Ajoran Livara
Round 1
Ajoran remains at the ready at first, half expecting some alternate contingency to bring the man back into the fray.
Round 2
Without an immediate threat before them, he kneels down to confirm the death.
Medicine: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (14) + 20 = 34
Round 3
After the presumed confirmation, the assassin sheaths his implement blade. The symbolic value of a body part from champion of Gorum would be remarkable. And for that, Ajoran is already considering the best way to swiftly take his jaw.
Esoteric Lore (Diverse Lore): 1d20 + 25 - 2 ⇒ (14) + 25 - 2 = 37
Suddenly, Ajoran's head snaps towards the source of the sound. "Ready yourselves! The First Blade, Gorum's hand, is leading the escort." Being familiar with the fleshwarp's cadence, his allies would be able to sense a tinge of fear in his angelic voice.
With the coming of the herald, Ajoran searches the body for his personal holy symbol. Thankfully, one of his allies has shown more initiative and already seized it. Instead, Ajoran takes the time to use a scroll to cast air walk on himself.
"I have teleportation magic, but the range is short and I can only go alone. Do we have another exit?"
Suryo Lestari
Suryo nods at the elemental as a way to express thanks. He does not speak its language but there is an understanding.
Yes, he releases it.
Round 1 Suryo sheaths his blades, gathering his cloak around his form and ensuring they become hidden from view.
Round 2 As his skin continues to cool he kneels down next to Ordulf's body.
Round 3 And takes the religious symbol from it.
GM Xavier Kahlvet
Point of Order: 3 rounds between Ordulf’s death and the screaming, then another 3 rounds to prebuff.
If you proceed with attempting to flee, open the spoiler below:
”Stand and fight, coward!”
Your actions used to try to flee are wasted, and you are afflicted with Gorum’s minor curse:
Gorum rewards cowardice with frailty. Any armor you wear and shield you wield reduces its item bonus to AC by 2 (minimum 0) and its Hardness, Hit Points, and Break Threshold by half.
EDIT: And apologies: it should say “Round 5 —> 7” and “Round 8-10” in the initiative trackers of my last post. Everything else (sans the fire damage Yujin would’ve taken from her curse) is correct.
Huang Yujin
Yujin feels a gaze upon her and stops. "I was mistaken. This fight isn't over yet. We should prepare ourselves."
In the next three rounds, Yujin will:
Heal: 2d8 + 16 ⇒ (3, 5) + 16 = 24
Cast heal (Level 2) on Ajoran, healing him 24 hp.
Reposition into a corner.
And activate her incendiary aura.

Religion: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (14) + 19 = 33
At the sound of Valkyries, a wide smile spreads across her face. A chance to deny Ordulf's soul its place in the beyond!
When Ajoran mentions it's Gorum's herald, she is troubled though. A brief consideration of her options for retreat gives her the most unusual sensation, and she merely gulps and prepares for combat.
"He who walks in blood, witness!"
She'll cast bless & recall knowledge in round 1 of the buffing, then expand Bless and reposition in round 2, then expand Bless and cast Fleet Step in round 3
"Here they come!"
GM Xavier Kahlvet
Gonna say that Suryo takes the time to hide in the northern room to roll Stealth for initiative, and that’s Ajoran would’ve at least repositioned a bit.
Ajoran pulls out a scroll and casts air walk on himself
Janna blesses herself and speeds herself up.
Yujin maintains her cloud and activates her aura.
The roaring voices grow louder as the light around Ordulf’s ghostly form grows to a blinding brightness, then suddenly extinguishes. Standing around the apparition are four winged women wearing plate armor with winged helmets, and brandishing spears crackling with electricity. Yet the towering armored figure that arrives with them is what commands the attention—this figure watches the winged women as one of them lifts Ordulf’s soul into the air, then turns away and says in a booming voice:
“She has come for him, but we have come for YOU!”
With an extended hand, the armored figure—the First Blade—spontaneously creates a greatsword as he is suddenly surrounded by a veritable halo of bladed weapons that dance around him! All the monitors—save the valkyrie tending to Ordulf—rush forward with no further chance for discussion!

You apply one of the following debilitations, which lasts until the end of your next turn.
Debilitation The target takes a –10-foot status penalty to its Speeds.
Debilitation The target becomes enfeebled 1.
◆ Zealous Inevitability (DC33) YELLOW
Strike YELLOW: +2 keen greater striking sawtooth saber (magical, twin, agile, finesse, map): 1d20 + 27 - 4 ⇒ (17) + 27 - 4 = 40
slashing damage: 3d6 + 3 ⇒ (1, 2, 3) + 3 = 9
sneak attack precision damage: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 4) = 11
You channel your zeal through a sacred weapon, bringing a foe closer to their demise. Strike a target with the required weapon. On a success, the target becomes doomed 1 or increases the value of their doomed condition by 1 (most living creatures die when they’ve reached doomed 4). Creatures doomed in this way take a status penalty to their saving throws against divine spells equal to their doomed value.
A creature that would become doomed 4 by this Strike can attempt a Will saving throw against your class DC to avoid increasing the value of their doomed condition. When this occurs, this ability gains the incapacitation trait.
Suryo Lestari
Let's go ahead and hero point that first attack roll
☘️storm flash (deadly 2d8, disarm, finesse): 1d20 + 27 ⇒ (17) + 27 = 44
GM Xavier Kahlvet
Valkyries have an intricate connection with lightning, and are able to throw their spear into the air to create a brief lightning storm that hurts their enemies.
Additionally, they have a certain amount of sway over whether a person is worthy of falling in battle, and tend to delay such a fall. They can basically “cast” a variant breath of life once per day.
Ajoran moves away from the First Blade and exploits the herald FYI, the circumstance bonus from the time implement doesn’t apply to Exploit Vulnerability, since that’s not a check to Recall Knowledge, even if you do technically get to use it as such thanks to Diverse Lore.
Anyway, failure on the Exploit Vulnerability, so you only apply your personal antithesis.
Ajoran then attempts to instill terror! Your post was kinda vague, but just from the reading I’m guessing your intent is to target the First Blade.
First Blade Will; spell resistance: 1d20 + 27 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 27 + 1 = 37 Success —> Critical Success (incapacitation)
If I understand this correctly Janna cast Fleet step on the previous round, and she's in an Encounter so she should be able to Unleash now. In case you don't agree though I'll spoiler what she'll do if she can't Unleash
You are 100% correct in your understanding!
Janna moves away from the First Blade, but as she does, the herald swings his sword in retaliation!
↻ First Blade RS vs. Janna: 1d20 + 31 ⇒ (17) + 31 = 48
Slashing Damage (doubled from crit): 2d12 + 16 ⇒ (2, 12) + 16 = 30 Spirit Damage (doubled from crit): 1d6 ⇒ 1 plus 1d6 2d6 persistent bleed and (because crit) off-guard until the start of the First Blade’s turn
And, on the last day of the month, I’m giving Janna a Hero Point for tanking that Reactive Strike so it didn’t disrupt Yujin’s spell.
Janna then tears down one of the rafters right on top of the monitors!
Yellow; heroism: 1d20 + 20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 20 + 2 = 30
Blue; heroism: 1d20 + 20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 20 + 2 = 34
Janna Bleed: 2d6 ⇒ (4, 6) = 10
DC 15 flat: 1d20 ⇒ 7
Suryo attacks Yellow! You forgot about the +1 from bless again, which makes the Zealous Inevitability exactly a crit (thanks to the off-guard as well).
And as Suryo slices through Yellow’s chest, killing her!
Yukon then sends flaming rays at the monitors! You forgot the +1 from bless, though it didn’t really matter. redirecting the attack at Yellow to Green
Yujin takes 1 fire damage.
Blue raises her spear and throws it into the ceiling before it flies back. And where it hits the ceiling, a massive storm cloud appears and shoots electricity down at the Red Mantis! ◆◆ Storm of Battle: it basically deals electricity damage to all enemies in a 100-foot emanation.
Ajoran: 1d20 + 22 ⇒ (20) + 22 = 42 Critical Success
Janna: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (14) + 23 = 37 Success
Suryo: 1d20 + 28 ⇒ (6) + 28 = 34 Success —> Critical Success (Rogue Reflexes)
Yujin: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (15) + 23 = 38 Success
Blue then eyes the First Blade briefly, then ◆ Strides to the side of the battlefield.
Green then stabs at Suryo, who ↻ Nimble Dodges away!
◆ Green vs Suryo w/Nimble Dodge; heroism: 1d20 + 26 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 26 + 2 = 43
Piercing Damage: 2d6 + 15 ⇒ (6, 2) + 15 = 23 Electricity Damage: 1d12 ⇒ 9
◆ Green vs Suryo; 2nd, heroism: 1d20 + 26 - 5 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 26 - 5 + 2 = 43
Piercing Damage: 2d6 + 15 ⇒ (3, 1) + 15 = 19 Electricity Damage: 1d12 ⇒ 7
Green likewise ◆ Strides to the side of the battlefield.
The First Blade cracks his neck—which makes a grinding, metallic sound—before he swiftly rushes at Ajoran! And as he does, he discorporates—the metal of his armor flying off piece-by-piece until he has become a swarm of slashing blades! The swarm engulfs Yujin before it (he?) moves sharply pun intended to the north, engulfing Janna and Suryo along the way before the metal reforms into the First Blade! ◆◆◆ Whirling Blades: it’s basically a weird flavor of Trample, save that the movement doesn’t trigger reactions.
Ajoran: 1d20 + 22 ⇒ (2) + 22 = 24 Critical Failure
Janna: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (20) + 23 = 43 Success —> Critical Success (nat 20)
Suryo: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (7) + 23 = 30 Failure —> “Success” (greater rogue reflexes)
Ajoran Reroll: 1d20 + 22 ⇒ (10) + 22 = 32 Failure
Suryo Reroll: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (12) + 23 = 35 Failure —> (greater rogue reflexes) and a returned Hero Point
DC 15 Flat: 1d20 ⇒ 20
Green: 5d4 ⇒ (4, 3, 3, 1, 1) = 12
DC 15 Flat: 1d20 ⇒ 8
Blue: 5d4 ⇒ (1, 3, 3, 1, 2) = 10
DC 15 Flat: 1d20 ⇒ 8
Suryo: 1d20 + 28 ⇒ (20) + 28 = 48 Critical Success
Yujin: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (6) + 23 = 29 Failure
Ride of the Valkyries
Round 12 —> 13
==============

Yujin (-69) {Cursebound 1: 1 persistent fire; Incendiary Aura: Round 3 of 10}
Valkyrie <Green> (-108) {5d4 persistent fire; Heroism +2}
Valkyrie <Blue> (-138) {5d4 persistent fire; Heroism +2}
The First Blade <Red> (-86)
Ajoran (-124) {Exploiting the First Blade}

Janna Ravanos
Even caught up in her psychic storm, Janna can feel the intense pain of her severe wounds. Distant, but demanding attention amongst the cries of battle.
◇ Drop Staff
She lets her staff clatter to the floor, and before it even hits the tiles she's applied some self-adhesive bandages to the worst of her wounds
◆ Battle Medicine
Battle Medicine DC 30, item: 1d20 + 23 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 23 + 1 = 33
Healing, Robust Health: 2d8 + 30 + 14 ⇒ (8, 3) + 30 + 14 = 55
Then with her psychic energies starting to stutter and fade, she teleports a phase bolt at the most injured valkerie.
Targeting Blue. The amped phase bolt makes them off-guard for this attack, and they're benefiting from Heroism, so she'll stick with AC on this one. It ignores up to 2 points of circumstance bonus to AC too thanks to teleporting
Phase bolt, bless: 1d20 + 23 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 23 + 1 = 30
piercing: 15d4 + 14 ⇒ (4, 2, 3, 1, 4, 2, 3, 3, 3, 3, 2, 3, 3, 3, 1) + 14 = 54
I think based on Suryo just critting that that is a miss by 1. If so, I'll use that fresh hero point!
Phase bolt, bless: 1d20 + 23 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 23 + 1 = 31
Fingers crossed I haven't missed anything and that's a hit. If so they reduce their circumstance bonus to AC for everyone else by 1 until the start of my next turn, and it ignores 3 points of hardness or piercing resistance. Amped Phase Bolt is a surprising complicated spell!
Bleed: 2d6 ⇒ (1, 6) = 7
Recovery: 1d20 ⇒ 3
Huang Yujin
Yujin looks around her and sees her enemies badly injured but so are her allies. She decides they'll need some reinvigoration to finish the fight. Healing light envelops the room and soothes some of the pain.
Casting 3-action Heal (Level 7)
Heal (Level 7): 7d8 ⇒ (8, 4, 4, 3, 3, 4, 8) = 34
Everyone heals 34 hp.
◆◆◆Heal (Level 7)
If no one provokes a reactive strike from the First Blade before Yujin goes, she'll make the following modification.
◆Step
◇Quickened Casting
◆◆◆Heal (Level 7)
Suryo Lestari
Suryo grimaces under his hood as the blades wash over him. He smiles and thanks Yujin shortly after for the wound relief.
That's... quite enough of that. he mutters in his raspy voice before scurrying back towards the Valkyrie.
◆ Stride
Don't go too far now!
◆ Instant Opening BLUE is now off-guard
You distract your opponent with a few choice words or a rude gesture. Choose a target within 30 feet. It’s off-guard against your attacks until the end of your next turn. Depending on the way you describe your distraction, this action gains either the auditory or visual trait.
As soon as he says it storm flash is speeding towards the weak points of its armor.
◆ Strike BLUE: storm flash (deadly 2d8, disarm, finesse, bless): 1d20 + 27 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 27 + 1 = 46
slashing damage: 3d6 + 3 ⇒ (5, 4, 4) + 3 = 16
sneak attack precision damage: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 2, 1) = 9
leaving out electricity damage
deadly damage IFF crit: 2d8 ⇒ (5, 1) = 6
