I use Google docs for my games and find it tends to reset the permissions from Editable to view only by itself. It's a pain at times.

So this isn't great (but it is the easiest setup), but many folks just set it to "editable with link" for anybody who has it. I've never had a problem on any of my slides before with this approach.

Anyway, it is working now, thank you! Added tokens for Tedros and Deject (even though I suspect we won't be getting animal companions on board).

ok How do I add a Token. Ive never had to use Google Slides before. I read the help page and it told me to click insert...there is no insert on the page right or left click.

Easiest method I find is, go to the character's tab of this campaign.

Right click your character image and click "copy image."

Then return to the slide and paste it (Ctrl-V on windows, Cmd-V on mac).

Then resize it / move it around as desired.

Seems to be working for me. I've added my icon to the map.

When setting it up you just have to remember to set it so that anyone who has the link can edit the map.

Use the share icon at the top right.

With all the companions/famialiars etc it would probably get ridiculous casting through a round if they get individual initiative.
