Hello, everyone! Welcome to the long-term campaign of repeatable PFS scenarios that will bring your character from level 1 to level 5. Before we begin, here are some important instructions for a smooth experience:

1. Sign up on the Sign-Up Sheet (linked above) and provide Player Name, Character Name, Organized Play Number, Character Number, etc. We'll use the RPG Chronicles website for this.

2. Fill in your character and minion tokens, and marching order on page 2 of Slides and Maps (linked above). Also, update your character’s basic information, core stats, and skill modifiers on Macros (linked above).

3. Ensure your character's stat block/header includes HP, AC, Saving Throws (Fortitude, Reflex, Will), Perception bonus, and Speed.

4. Area templates (burst, cone, emanation, line) are on pages 3-7 of the Slides and can be copied to the Encounter Map.

5. Post regularly, preferably at least once daily and once on weekends. Follow the Organized Play Foundation Community Standards: "Explore, Report, Cooperate." Non-consensual character conflict is prohibited and can result in Infamy points.

6. I will roll initiative checks and use a block initiative system. PCs in the active block can post their actions, resolved in posting order. I will roll secret checks; players roll saving throws.

7. Use these symbols in combat posts: ◆ for single action, ◆◆ for two actions, ◆◆◆ for three actions, ↺ for reaction, ◇ for free action.

8. We’ll use the X-Card for safety. If something makes you uncomfortable, include '[X-Card]' in your post or message me privately.

9. Regular posting keeps the game flowing. Kindly inform us of any absences. Provide botting instructions if you'll be away.

10. Remember, the goal is to have fun! :)

Hello everyone! I'm very much excited for the long journey with all of you. Thank you GM Frost for this opportunity. I'm still a newbie so please be patient with me when I ask a lot of questions or when I make rookie mistakes.

Sign-up sheets, slides and macros have all been accomplished. Stat block has also been updated.

I suppose I should think about tactics since we have a part.

Barbarian, Bard, Guardian, Inventor, and Investigator. Looks like Bakal is the only minion? Wimsy has +4 Int, so she can make everybody a squadmate. Unless anybody has a familiar, but they'd probably be last choice anyway.

That's a high Intelligence party.

Hm. Maybe Commander wasn't the best choice for an ongoing pbp game... Permission to assume you'll all generally choose to respond to my tactics, and to make rolls for you? Are there other reactions you have available now that compete with that I should keep in mind?

Yeah, I have no problem with that. I trust that Wimsy's tactics will be for the benefit of the party.

Currently, I don't think Inhin or Bakal has any reactions that will counteract Wimsy's tactics.

Not really sure, but I think Miel's shield block would be used most often. Intercept attack, not so much for now.

It would depend on the tactic. For first level, Seven Coppers isn't much for melee.

It looks like everyone has dotted. Everyone has already completed the RPGChronicles, Slides, and Macros. I think we can get started! Anyone has GM glyphs for extra hero points?

As for the Commander, I’m not fully familiar with all its mechanics yet, but in the one game where I played alongside one, it actually provided strong support for the team. Some of its tactics do require allies to use their reactions, though.

Wimsy can grant an ally a free Reaction to use for a Tactic once per round, so it only comes up if she lets more than one ally use a Reaction in the same turn. That won't be every round, though if Miel is the only one who regularly uses their Reaction anyway he can just get the freebie and we're all set there.

Commander Tactic BOTME! for S99-01

If we are fighting things that cause Fire damage, he will conserve his reaction for Eat Fire.

*Double Team: Athletics modifier is only +4, but willing to be an initiating team member. Will be wielding a bow most of the time, so unlikely to do much damage as the receiving team member.
Naval Training: N/A
Protective Screen: He is the most likely person to benefit from this, so he will not react to it.
*Strike Hard!: Low damage output, but willing to react (strike dice formulas are in profile)
Tactical Takedown: Seven is fragile, so he would only react to this in desperate situations (ideally, not right before the target acts and punches him in the face).

All of us in one room with the use of a Bard. I would think 10 GP total would be more than enough. Then again, with +0 CHA and not trained, Esskele is hardly the one to try.

Irony. I didn't even add my own CA. But I also notice that Red only lists 7 damage rather than 9.

I did not notice it, either. The damage will be reflected in my next post, which should be 9+1 damage.

I have but it's still allot and this is my first Barbarian so I'm learning. Like I thought Rage was a separate action so I first posted rage/draw/move then re-read it to post reaction to rage/draw/spring attack.

I did something similar to my 1st ed. Bard, Andy Applebottom's Bard song.
