Hey, Natalu has found his flying pants. The skittermander is taking off in the air. That shoot is not too accurate, though
and you know what that means! Shark attack!
Jaw, Iseph: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (7) + 20 = 272d10 + 9 ⇒ (7, 5) + 9 = 21 What is the updated AC of Iseph?
Tail, Iseph: 1d20 + 20 - 4 ⇒ (1) + 20 - 4 = 172d8 + 9 ⇒ (3, 2) + 9 = 14
Jaw, Aleon: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (16) + 20 = 362d10 + 9 ⇒ (7, 5) + 9 = 21

Iseph has returned to form! That's two big holes right there, and you don't need special space senses to smell the blood!
Yeah, it's splashing all the way up to our commentator's position. Good thing I'm incorporeal, Quell
I don't know what The-One is whipsering to that other shark, but it sure seems to hurt!
Aleon is still standing his ground, and two more slashes in the shark!

"Ooh, they came closer! They wanna play. Okay!"
Natalu adjusts his grip on his rotolaser and unleashes a hail of laser fire on two of the sharks as he laughs and laughs. "They're just too big for me to get 'em all," he observes.
◆ Grip weapon
◆◆ Autofire. Red and Blue are in the cone. If Blue is down, Natalu will aim the cone to hit Purple and Red instead. DC 30 basic Reflex vs fire damage: 2d8 + 2 ⇒ (8, 2) + 2 = 12 and sonic damage: 1d6 ⇒ 5. Primary Target is Blue rotolaser: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (16) + 19 = 35 for another fire: 2d8 + 2 ⇒ (3, 3) + 2 = 8 and sonic damage: 1d6 ⇒ 6.
Any target hit by the attack, or that succeeds or worse against the area effect, is Suppressed until the start of my next turn and Off-Guard until the beginning of their turn.
Any enemy that critically fails the save (or is crit by the attack) must make a DC 29 Fort or be dazzled until the start of my turn and a DC 24 Fort save or be deafened for 1 minute.

These things have good reach, which makes sense since they're so big. It would probably make sense to back up a big, maybe switch to using his stellar cannon.
Natalu giggles as he unleashes another hail of laser fire.
◆◆ Auto-fire. Apparently I overlooked errata a few weeks ago and have been doing Primary Target incorrectly. I make the attack first: rotolaser vs Red Shark: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (19) + 19 = 38 for fire: 2d8 + 2 ⇒ (3, 8) + 2 = 13 and sonic damage: 1d6 ⇒ 5. If the attack hits and the target's Reflex save is a success, they get a failure instead.
Then Red and Purple can both make DC 30 basic Reflex saves against fire: 2d8 + 2 ⇒ (1, 5) + 2 = 8 and sonic damage: 1d6 ⇒ 5
If hit by the attack or didn't crit succeed vs the area effect, they are suppressed until the start of Natalu's turn and thanks to his Dance! feat they're also off-guard until the start of their own turns.
Any enemy that critically fails the save (or is crit by the attack) must make a DC 29 Fort or be dazzled until the start of my turn and a DC 24 Fort save or be deafened for 1 minute.
If Red is defeated by that, as a Reaction Natalu Demoralizes Purple and gains a +2 circumstance bonus. In that case he'll use his third action to fly back a bit instead.
◆ Menacing Laughter to Demoralize all suppressed creatures (on the off-chance there are none, he'll just use a regular Demoralize action). Intimidation vs Red: 1d20 + 21 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 21 + 1 = 38 and Intimidation vs Purple: 1d20 + 21 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 21 + 1 = 25
| Aleon Hunter |
First action, aim at purple
2nd action, switch to Advanced Seeker Rifle:
3rd Action, fire at purple hit: 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (5) + 21 = 26 dmg: 2d10 + 3 ⇒ (5, 8) + 3 = 16 piercing
dmg: 2d4 ⇒ (4, 1) = 5 precision
| AbadarCorp Entertainment |
The-One is again trying to mentally break the shark, but the shark stares right back! It's a shark versus barathu stare-off!
Boom! That's a direct hit from Natalu! See that hole in that shark? That's not supposed to be there...
Reflex, Red: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (15) + 13 = 28

You have about two hour to rest
The stadium shakes as the screens briefly switch to a surprised Lethea and Quell. The faint sounds of screaming are audible upstairs, the chaos somewhat muted on the live broadcast as the announcers try to play off the sudden development as part of the show. But before they can finish reading the teleprompters, the screens in the green room project an image of Wazasha.
“I’m sending the elevator down. There’s been something of a… let’s just call it a bonus bonus round. Yeah, a bonus bonus round. Listen, if you can deal with this crisis like good contestants we’ll double your prizes. Oh, press the S button on the elevator for the Street Level Parking. The… event will take place outside the stadium. Just remember this is part of the show. Oh, and do hurry. We only have so much budget for… liabilities.”
'S' takes the group to street level, a plaza with a three-tiered fountain
at the center, which is topped by a statue of Zo! sporting his rictus grin and fingers guns.
The rim of the lowest tier of the fountain is 2 feet high; each subsequent tier is 5 feet higher than the previous. Spaces with debris are difficult terrain.

“You’re right, Quell! I think they’re past contestants! Must have escaped from the Zo!Dome’s mortuary.”

Iseph shoots the glob of former contestants. I wonder if he's not afraid of them? Need that will save...
There goes the amplifier!
What are you saying? I can barely hear myself over that loud screech!

That glob is still carrying more than enough equipment, it's a cyclone of microphone stands, chair, cables, and, hey Quell, is that your lunch?
Ah, so that's who took my carrion sandwich!

Fortitude: 1d20 + 22 - 1 ⇒ (7) + 22 - 1 = 28 Failure, deafened 1 round
Reflex: 1d20 + 19 - 1 ⇒ (14) + 19 - 1 = 32 Success, 22 damage. Is that bludgeoning?
"WHAT?" says Natalu, "OH GOOD, THE ANNOUNCERS STOPPED BABBLING."
These things... hit hard. Fortunately, so does he. He might have to activate his force field at this rate, though...
These things aren't coming closer, eagerly walking into a hail of laser fire. "DARN RIGHT RUDE!" Nat moves a little closer, but has to keep using his cannon at this range. "YOU COULD AT LEAST GET A LITTLE CLOSER TOGETHER!" Although if they could weaponize sound, the silencer upgrade on his stellar cannon may make it the superior choice anyway.

If hit by the attack but it succeeds at its save, it becomes a failure. If hit by the attack or it succeeds or worse at the save, it's suppressed and Off-Guard.
If crit, or it critically fails the save, DC 28 Fort save or Slowed 1 from crit spec, and DC 27 Will vs silencer
Frightened ticks down to 0.

That's another mental hit to the shambling heap of former contestants. As if it wasn't bad enough to lose on wheel of monsters!
Do Aleon and Shifty think this is a Black Hole Fifthday sale? They seem to be going for the stage equipment!
Yeah, these monster are just giving it away, aren't they?
HEY NATALU! YOU SUCK! TAKE THAT FOR RUDE!
I think you need a interpreter for that, Quell
Yeah, let's get the sign zombie out
Reflex: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (14) + 18 = 32

Checking to see if red is dead yet before I go. Red will have well over 270 damage, and I'm assuming he saves his reflex save for half, but almost 300 if he doesn't save. I was hit twice for 21-1=20 dmg and 27-1=26 dmg. 94-46=48 HP left.

I can confirm red is dead. Details later
