Sorry players mad end of year work load.

Posted, I need to check the map, they are trying now to do a tataical retreat and bombard the site with missiles

If you check the map you can see where they are running and where the rocket hit. Its seems to be a single round rocket larncher, and the smuggler on the top of the truck, he is now trying to reload it

Yes and I love it cool thing is they covered the OTHER dangers on dune, like the sand insects, snakes and other horroes. Its a true Death world now, all feeding in sandplankton or eachother. Some othese will be showing up in this game.

Love the post in game GM_Panic, it's a lot to digest. Weekends are a little busier for me than weekdays, but I'll get a post up sometime today. A quick question, I had Borak pick up the 'rocket launcher' the smuggler was using. Is that ok? I would think it would be something that we would want to keep, but I don't want to screw anything up.


Sorry missed that, you would have to take it off the truck with tools, as its a fixed item. also I think they wish to keep the kit for the base.

I'd invested points in 'ride' then You gave us points in 'ride worm' and I never changed the other, Can I move those points from 'ride' to 'drive' :)

When I joined the army guard I thought I was going to work with a computer. Got to my unit and found that my job was going to be driving an armored personnel carrier. My training? Was put in the hatch and told to drive a few circles because the convoy was moving. Was given my license at that point too.

I could very well see our guys going through the same deal. “Hey! Here’s how it works. Drive a few circles and get going.”

Maybe let us make the check untrained? Then we can put skill points in as they are earned. At the very least that would feel realistic to me.

Ghir doesn't have points in diplomacy so maybe it's better if he didn't talk to the warehouse workers first. Although having said that, I could probably make a good try with a bluff.

Wow there's so many feats. In the end I decided to put the slayer talent into the menacing ranger combat style and pick up enforcer. I'll grab shatter defences later. The other feat I went for was accomplished sneak attacker.

Together I think I can make Ghir into a knife fighter worthy of a Fremen although it may take a couple more levels to come on line.

to get the shipment of lazguns? IF they don't give them peaceably we kill everyone and only take the shipment of lazguns to send a message.

Edit: LEt's show the fellow our paper work, and then check to see what they give us to load up and make sure their the guns.

I got the impression that they were the delivery and the only crates we were after, show this fellow the paperwork as well, see if he accepts and gives us the weapons.

Edit: I'm assuming the 'grain sacks' is a code, if they start giving us grain, we'll need to explain we will only accept the weapons.

It must be the weekend, I slept in and haven't drank any coffee yet, so I'm not sure it's safe to post. But, I did look at the map. There are two badies visible near a building, are they the fellows we're fighting? Should we place ourselves on the map? Either way, once I"ve had some coffee, I'll get a post up attacking the jerk that attacked Borak :)

One of of them has an ID for House Jarrlo warehouse close by. He seems to work there and here. The rest just seem to be local smugglers.

Now I should make clear how most Freman feel out off worlders.

Its that they are, in the most part, depraved, carupt, greedy, unclean, ungodly degeneres, and opulence of living in water rich paradises has made them such. only good for their water. I want your PCs to feel this to see it and be real freman for it.

For the freman to accept an off world outsider is a big deal
