Working together, you are able to get the ram up enough to either get it to town or eat some medicine. You could get the ram out of here or get medicine from your friend back in town.
Looking in the ally, you don't see much. But you also do not see any enemies. You could climb up to the second floor or roof if you wanted to though.

Looking up to the roof, Kazmuk considers how easy of a climb it would be to get up there.
I'd like to recall knowledge with Athletics to determine how easy of a climb it would be to get up to either the second floor or the roof.

as you look Kazmuk, you can see no windows as it faces a rock wall. But the roof is available. It wont be a walk in the park, but you can make it if you work together.
Kwai you can easily climb up. The stone roof of this building is constructed from masonry with a layer of dried clay for weatherproofing. Grooves run along the nearly flat roof to channel water off the sides. A sixty-foot-long archery range runs west to east with two targets comfortably spread on the thirty-foot-wide range. Other things you notice are Three severed heads have been mounted on wooden poles affixed to the northern edge of the roof along with several barrels.

Just updated the map. There is a ladder leading to an exterior room on the back of the fort. This large balcony features a narrow sand pit thirty-five feet long with small rope partitions marking the last five feet on each end. A rusty iron ladder on the southwest portion of the balcony leads up to the roof, while a door to the south leads inside the keep. There is one door here, but you dont see anyone.
