Venture-Captain Ciobanu approaches, the concern in his voice tinged with fear. "Our forward scouts report a group of elves trapped in the woods. With all this ever-changing overgrowth, I’m not surprised, but I do worry what will happen if we don’t help them out. I need you to go and escort them back to the road so they can get to somewhere safer, away from whatever power is affecting the forest."

Upon approaching the area, you find a group of elves sitting around a fire. A tall elf with their hair tied in a bob calls to you.

"Well met, travelers! Come sit by the fire with us and tell us of your travels!"

"I'll say! Now we're talking!" The Carnelian Signet sits by the others. "We're here from the Pathfinder Society, here to help Kyonin in any way we can. We heard there was some animosity between us, but you are so friendly."

She's about to ask where the wine is, when-

"Wait! We were sent here to rescue the trapped elves around here. But you seem to be fine..." Confusion! "Nonetheless, you should return with us."

Hope, somewhat suspicious of the intentions of these elves and the contradictions between their state and the current intel takes a good long look at them as they respond.

Hearing that they will be rescuing elves in an unsafe area, he readies his shield before he heads out to find the elves.

Upon their arrival, Tandand joins Signet to talk to them. "You lot should not be here. Haven't you heard? This area is not safe. Weird things are happening recently and we are looking into it. Come with us and you'll be safe." Tandang invites them to get to their base with them.

All things considered piebald you should come join us. We can walk and talk. It will be invigorating.

Haka tries to determine if there's something off with the clearing.

Hope observes the elves as his companions approach them. The elves appear normal, even welcoming. However, as both Tandang and Carnelian Signet join the group, the Elf with a Pink robe (the leader) suddenly draws steel.

Hope takes a long sigh as he sees the un-warm un-welcome the elves offer to his allies. "Well... at least that ruse didn't last too long."

He rushes forward into action to keep the others safe, running past the two to help infiltrate their back lines. Then, beating the elves to the punch he draws steel of his own and takes a lighting fast swing at the Red Elf.

Since the closest one is 35ft away anyway I'm just going to spend my second action moving all the way to the back line there. So 2a, move twice, last action quickdraw sword and Strike at Red

Hope travels past the elven lines and slices the elf in the red doublet, drawing first blood.

Meanwhile, the Blue elf takes his shovel, and says to the Carnelian Signet, "I really dig your style!"

"I think I've let you live long enough," the elf snarls and immediately fires a spell at Tandang.

Red closes with the party. He pulls out a bottle of blue liquid and hurls it at Graeyson, Haka, Truck: 1d3 ⇒ 2

The vial hits Haka in the chest, causing his hair to stand on end. He also stiffens as the jolt travels up and down his body. Both Graeyson and Truck get a small jolt as some of the liquid lightning splashes on them.

Issil should be able to flank with her 10 ft whip, if someone stays to the down right of Pink.

Tandang is about to heal Plantina, but Signet is quicker than him. "Thank you so much!" He then turns to the one that attacked his leshy. He draws out a silver chunk out of his pocket and shapes them into needle darts before launching them to Pink!

The Carnelian Signet sends some much needed healing to Plantina and revives her. She then uncoils her whip. Tandang Boreas pulls out a chunk of silver and sends silver darts into the Pink Elf.

No weakness to silver. Also flanking only applies to melee/unarmed attacks. Ranged attacks don't apply

"That hurt! Don't worry Stumpy, I'll make you even smaller!" she snarls as she swings her sword at Tandang.
