Goxomas finishes off the last foe with a flurry of blows.

Checking the Xulgath's bodies you find a small bag tied to the waist of one of the foul creatures. Inside the leather pouch is a handful of strange coins, minted in some faraway kingdom. the coins show a tower inside a cave on one side and a sinister-looking elf’s head on the other. These coins amount to 38 sp and 4 gp.

Two passages lead out of this room, other than the way your group came in. One leads off the map, heading steadily down, deep into the earth.

The other passageway exiting this room looks like it was dug recently. This tunnel curves up and around before ending in a thin wall of loose stones and dirt. A tiny hole in the wall allows creatures to look into the room beyond
Peeking through the wall, you can see the kobolds in that area going about their daily routines. If they spend time listening to the kobolds’ chatter, the heroes overhear a few phrases, including

Returning to the first room of this level where two Kobolds ambushed your group, you move through the west hallway into a rectangular chamber that is in ruins, the center contains a fountain of pristine water with something glittering at the bottom. Tain - the fountain corners are the devices that need to be disarmed or destroyed to stop the trap. Unless you are using reach attacks you will need to move next to the corner device you are attacking. While the book doesn’t describe the devices in detail, I assume it's obvious that they are somehow responsible for triggering the fountain to attack your group.

Tain moves up and strikes down the orange kobold killing it in one blow.

Goxomas knocks back a swig from his jug as he strides up and makes two unsuccessful swings at the yellow kobold.

Ultima sends electricity dancing across yellow and green kobolds. Yellow avoids some of the damage but green takes a full charge.

Mikhail moves up and stabs the green kobold finishing it off.

Perrik calls for divine guidance as he attempts to treat his wounds, unfortunately, the treatment is ineffective.

Celosia scorches the yellow and blue kobolds with shocking magic. The Yellow one yepes as it takes partial damage, but the blue one manages to avoid the arc altogether taking no damage.

The black kobold snickers as it opens the chest next to it and retrieves a flask of liquid from the large chest before throwing it at Tain. Just missing the fighter the flask hits the square splashing oil all over the ground and making that ground slippery (Anyone moving into that square must make a DC10 acrobatics check or fall prone. Stepping does not need a check)

The Red Kobold throws its spear at Mikhail then reaches into the chest to grab an oil flask and throws it at Mikhail as well. Both hit the cleric leaving him wounded and covered in slippery oil. (Mikhail has trouble moving. Each time they Stride, they must attempt a DC 10 Acrobatics skill check. If they fail, they fall over and gain the prone condition instead of moving. The hero can Step, moving only 5 feet, without this check)

Blue Kobold draws another spear and throws it at Perrik, then grabs a spear from his fallen green comrade. The spear just barely misses Perrik due to his shield.

The Yellow Kobold draws a spear and stabs at Goxomas twice. Missing the Stumbling monk both times.

Usually it's the square you step into that matters, so stepping out of grease shouldn't trigger anything. GM, can you mark the greasy squares?
