Mikhail is stage 1 poisoned, takes 1d12 ⇒ 1 damage, and is flat-footed for 1 round. Fortunately, this spider’s poison is once and done.
Taking time to search the room the group spots a wrapped-up bundle of bones and dried skin that looks like it was some sort of small, reptilian creature. The bundle also contains a few items of value. The first is a shortsword that has a small emerald in the pommel. While the sword isn’t magical, the fine craftsmanship and precious gem make it worth 5 gp if sold. There is also a healing potion that restores 1d8 Hit Points instantly when consumed

Unfortunately Mikhail is immune to treat wounds for 50 minutes after the first attempt. Effectively each additional treat wounds attempt adds an hour to your exploration time.
| Perrik |
That's right; I'd forgotten.
After failing to treat Mikhail's wounds, Perrik calls on magic instead.
A single-target 2-action heal automatically cures at least 9 HP, so Mikhail should be fine.

Tain’s eyebrows raise as Perrik ministers to his bite.
”That is as useful skill you and Mikhail have. Given my…propensity…for combat, I really should learn how to do that.” Tain pesters Perrik by oeppering him with questions throughout the healing session.
| Mikhail Duskborn |
"Thank you, Perrik, for the healing. I think that spider bite distracted me a bit." Mikhail says as the healing energy dissipates. Mikhail packs up his healing kit and settles his pack back on his shoulders. Gripping his shield he nods toward Tain and Gox, "Are we ready to continue on?"

Tain, having exhauseted his stock of healing and healing kit related questions gives a satisfied nod to Mikhail.

Who grabs the shortsword and healing potion found in the webs?
The group gathers their gear and continues deeper into the caves.
After the web-infested cave, the passageway leading deeper underneath the streets of Otari appears to be mostly natural, but someone, or something, has worked to open the cavern and level out the floor, making the passage easily traveled. A crude barricade made from old wooden planks and part of a barrel blocks the entrance to a side tunnel, while the main passage continues off into the gloom.
You hear a faint clattering noise coming from somewhere beyond the barricade.
You have a few choices here. You can break through the barricade with a weapon or unarmed Strike, or you can attempt Crafting or Thievery to dismantle the barricade. You can also ignore the barricade and just keep heading up the main passage.

Goxomas quickly demolishes the barricade.
Both Celosia and Tain offer words of caution.
You hear the scrapping of stone and the crack of old wood giving way. Taking a quick look beyond the barricade, an old cavern corridor winds down into the earth, ending in an ancient burial vault lit by a strange torch with a blue flame. Alcoves line the walls, each one containing a rotten wooden coffin, while the center of the room has a raised platform holding a stone sarcophagus.
The noise of dismantling the barricade must have awakened the dead. You see five Skeletons standing up ready and one Zombie just finishing climbing out of the center stone sarcophagus.
