Where I live we don't celebrate thanksgiving but we do eat turkey, mashed potatoes and dessert. Though it's tough for me to decide between the turkey and the cakes, I love both

Pie has always been my favorite part of Thanksgiving, but a part I no longer overindulge in.

I'm a ham kinda kitten. Turkey's alright but ham is better. Au Gratin Potatoes and maybe some corn or green beaans for the sides usually with crescent rolls.

I had to work on Thanksgiving (I end up working most holidays as my company has to be open 24/7/365) It was mostly boring, though I had a sizable mess to deal with later in the evening right before I got off work (only delayed me by about five minutes after all was said and done).

After racking my brain, I really don't see Kaiedees fleeing. I think he will fight.

Sorry folks, my time has been flush with work and holiday activities for my students. I will likely not be able to post much tomorrow night either with my energy likely being low from the daily concerts and Robotics final projects. I get through this week and will have two weeks off to enjoy the holidays, family, and post to my hearts content.

I appreciate the poke GM. However, I, and by extension Desseer, don't think it'd be constructive in the long term to use the contact just recently acquired to take from an organization we still know little about. We found out that just 3rd tier magic isn't common. Everything above is less so. And that there'd be a scroll of such high tier magic is unlikely. If it was, it'd be highly valuable. Thus, back to my first point.

What is the travel time back to HQ?

I kind of wondered that myself. I would assume that, since it is implied we are able to get there in time to help, it isn't too far away.

It depends on your mode of travel, though even with flight it would take at least a few weeks. Let alone walking which could take months.

Oh! It didn't really seem like it took that long on the way here. Hmm..

What do yall think? With travel being that long, what do you think we should do?

But I really don't see any other way, we can't do teleportation yet so we'll either fly back or trust that our NPCs can fend off the intruders
