Finally seeing a target that she can reach without concern for the waving plants, Histya slinks between the animated plants and the wall of thorns to leap on the goblin spellcaster!

Both Moon and Cragg-el miss the squirming goblin as he shimmies for his life.
Erigga doesn't fair much better, her attack being driven back by the wall of blades and shields from the slavering goblin horde.
Histya, however, does manage to catch up with the goblin caster. It fends off the bite, only to scream as the leopard's claws tear into its flesh.
Maidie, Grob, and Betz still to go.

Emerald lets another arrow fly at the mass of goblins struggling against the vines. A loud screech and a string of curses and laughter tells that she hit something, but not something vital enough to kill one of the vermin.
As the goblin caster that Betzolte is trying to get to runs off, the remaining spider riding goblin tries to disappear into the trees.
You spot the large spider and the goblin riding it. It appears that the goblin isn't as clever as it thinks it is.
Meanwhile, two of the goblin rangers take shots at Moon and Maidie. The arrow aimed at Moon pierces through her arm. 7 points of piercing damage
The one aimed at Maidie sails harmlessly under her as she flies above the battle field.
The goblin troop fails to extract itself from the mass of entangling roots and vines, and can only seethe at Erigga.
The last ranger tries to stab Betzolte with its spear, but meets little success.
The remaining caster gets clear of Histya's claws (5 foot step) and tries to cast a spell on the leopard. Casting Charm Animal DC 13 Will save from Histya

Moon pulls another arrow from her flesh. The wounds are starting to add up… but the goblin ranger won’t live to see it. She stalks carefully across the greasy ground and tries to carve the bow-wielding bastard in half. She accentuates the blow with another verse.
”Rooshi’s bad magic didn’t help their side
Big Mama cursed the Bugwump Tribe!
Zelka is dead, we took her head,
Soon Lugruk has only his mutt to bed!”
”‘Lugruk, dog-mounted’ will be his name!”

Grob's flung stone arcs high into the air and comes streaking back like a meteor into the goblin's skull, dazing it just long enough for Moon to lop off its head.

Seeing that its spell actually worked, the goblin acolyte points to Emerald and speaks in broken common.
"That one want play! Go play," it says.

Histya |

The leopard watches her goblin pal quizzically. Moon's commands are partly words, partly gestures, and partly an empathic understanding of each other. Only after the gobbo gestures a few times in Emerald's direction does Histya get the idea. She romps over to the dragon-girl then looks back at the goblin, an almost excited now what? look on her feline face.

DM-Salsa |

The goblin acolyte, half-terrified out of its wits freezes for a moment before making a pouncing gesture and then mimes hugging and licking an imaginary Emerald.
Moon, can you roll me a stealth check for Histya?

Histya has learned from Moon that claws aren't fun... so she rises on her hind legs and tries to 'rassle' the girl.

The other goblin ranger, after taking a nasty gash from Betzolte and getting tangled up in the vines writhing about decides to get some distance between itself and the sturdy dwarven warmage. It flees south, opening itself up to a counter from Betzolte's axe. Take an attack of opportunity, Betz.

Clutch heal roll, Grob. Thanks!
The ranger is openly relieved at her wounds stitching closed. She was getting light-headed. Moon steps cautiously from the greased foliage. ”Pissed? At me? Guess I better live then, Grob. I can’t risk your deadly wrath.” Feeling much better, she advances on the goblin and rider, offering her final polished verse.
”Weak Bugwumps drag in other tribes.
Watch every tribes’ fighters die!
Manylegs, Stickfoot, and Bloodmoon…
Our big magics mean they’re doomed!”
”Cuz we’re the wizards of Kassen!” She sees Histya playing with Emerald; Irritation bubbles up. ”Dammit, Histya! Get over here and help!”
Let me know if that is enough to get Histya off of Emerald.

I missed last round, but Cragg-el's summoning duration (6 rounds) is about up anyway. Lets just say Maidie lobbed some acid that missed.
Maidie feels the connection that binds Cragg-el to the Material Plane fade and waver. Sure enough, the brave little pile of living rock looks at her with regret, then slowly sinks back into the soil.
After giving a silent salute to the departing elemental warrior, she continues to snipe targets from her airborne position. With both spellcasters out of sight, she turns her attention to the remaining rangers.
