Samen glowers after Abby. Pursuit would be counter productive and dangerous. He takes a moment to decide whether or not leaving her alone is more dangerous.

"That one craves everything she has ever known, including my mind. She'll be back when she gets bored."

He directs his attention over toward Gabriel, but it seems as though Benedetto has beaten him to it.

"Can we somehow see her? Or should we just follow the elemental in the sky. I mean, we can get to your friend later, right?" Aisling matches his speed with Samen looking uncertainly around.
"Gabriel, you ok?"

Benedetto watches Gabriel carefully for signs of further distress. "Either way, we should finish our business here quickly. The elemental was speaking of helping us get to the battle, right? Then it's best we go with it."

The invisible manta gently stations itself next to your neck of the cubic woods. It flashes twice, green then purple.

It conveys to Aisling and Qizz, who are more attuned to its airy, ephemeral thoughts, that it will take you toward the maelstrom and the violence, if you are ready.

Samen says nothing and climbs aboard silently.

Still gasping and coughing a little Gabe follows Samen. "What attacked us this time? Couldn't be what we were here to fight as it just left... right?"
