As per PFS rules we have to go by rules read as written and since there is nothing written that says found in a library doesn't count, it certainly does count.

That's so neat! I've never seen/played with a harrower before (probably cause all my characters are still low level haha)

Cool write up on the harrow that you did.This one started off as a GM baby as I mostly used the name for posting on the boards here. This is the second one with a prestige class (the other is a Battle Herald that has an very high diplomacy as an Ambassador of Taldor). The others I have not built them with a prestige class in mind.

The only other one I'm excited for a Prestige class I didn't even know the Prestige class existed until way later, but is just such a PERFECT fit for my background & everything -

Half-Orc Half-Ulfen from Land of the Linnorm Kings;
(Holy Tactician) Paladin of Kurgess multiclassed w/ Dragon Skald
Diplomat focused
First scenario was randomly with the Lion Blades in Taldor (Library of the Lion)

Then found out Ulfen Guard was specifically a thing in Taldor!

I love it when random things work out like that - there is so much neat lore within Golarion <3
